Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the massager. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the device's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will be green and display "LL". When fully charged, it will display "HH". Charging takes approximately 3 hours.

  3. Positioning: Wrap the massager around your ankle or foot, ensuring the control panel is accessible. The device is compatible with both left and right feet.
  4. Secure Fit: Use the hook and loop fastener to secure the massager snugly but comfortably. Ensure it is not too tight to restrict circulation.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button (symbol: circle with vertical line) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off. The LCD display will illuminate.
  2. Adjust Heating Levels: Press the Heating button (symbol: sun/starburst) to cycle through the 5 far-infrared heat therapy levels: 40°C, 45°C, 50°C, 55°C, and 60°C. The current temperature setting will be displayed on the LCD.

  4. Adjust Massage Levels: Press the Massage button (symbol: three wavy lines) to cycle through the 3 vibration massage intensity levels:
    • Level 1: Daily care (gentle vibration)
    • Level 2: Exercise care (moderate vibration)
    • Level 3: Ankle relief (strong vibration)

  6. Smart Timer: The device features a 30-minute smart timer. After 30 minutes of continuous operation, the device will automatically shut off for safety and to prevent overuse. You can restart it if desired.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting
