3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Flashfish E103. The power station supports fast AC charging.

  • AC Wall Charging: Connect the provided AC wall charger to the 'DC In' port on the power station and then to a standard wall outlet (100-240V). The E103 can be charged from 0% to 80% in approximately 1 hour, and fully charged in about 1.2 hours.

3.2 Solar Charging

The E103 can be charged using a compatible solar panel (not included). Ensure the solar panel output is within the specified range for the DC5521 port.

  • Solar Input: Connect a solar panel (DC5521, 12-30V, 4A, max 90W) to the 'DC In' port. Optimal charging times depend on sunlight intensity and panel efficiency.

3.3 Car Charging

You can also charge the E103 using your car's cigarette lighter port.

  • Car Input: Use a compatible car charger (12V/24V 4A) to connect the power station to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on the power station, press and hold the main POWER button until the display illuminates.
  • To turn off the power station, press and hold the main POWER button again until the display turns off.

4.2 Using AC Outputs

The E103 provides a 300W (600W peak) pure sine wave AC output.

  • Press the AC button to activate the AC outlets. The AC indicator on the display will light up.
  • Plug your AC-powered devices into the AC outlets.
  • Ensure the total power consumption of your devices does not exceed 300W to avoid overload.
  • Press the AC button again to turn off the AC outlets when not in use.

4.3 Using DC Outputs

The E103 features various DC output ports for different devices.

  • USB-A Outputs (x2): 5V3A/9V2A/12V1.5A, 18W max. Ideal for charging smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered gadgets.
  • USB-C Output (x1): 5V3A/9V3A/12V3A/15V3.0A/20V3A, 60W max. Supports Power Delivery (PD) for fast charging compatible laptops, tablets, and phones.
  • DC5521 Outputs (x2) / Car Charging (x1): 12V10A, shared power 120W max. Suitable for powering car appliances, mini-fridges, and other 12V devices.

4.4 LED Flashlight

The E103 includes a built-in LED flashlight with multiple modes.

  • Press the LED light button once for steady light.
  • Press again for half-bright mode.
  • Press a third time for SOS mode.
  • Press a fourth time to turn off the LED light.

4.5 Display Indicators

The LCD display shows important information:

  • Battery Level: Indicates the remaining battery capacity.
  • Output Status: Shows which output ports (DC, USB, AC) are active.
  • Charging Status: When charging, the battery icon will turn clockwise. If the battery is below 5%, the icon will flash.

5. Maintenance and Safety

5.1 Battery Care

  • For optimal battery health, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • Recharge the unit at least once every 3-6 months, even if not in use, to maintain battery performance.

5.2 Storage Guidelines

6. Troubleshooting

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a few minutes of charging before the unit responds.
  • No output from ports: Check if the respective output buttons (AC, DC) are activated. Ensure the device you are trying to power is within the power station's output limits.
  • Overload protection activated: If an output port stops working, it might be due to an overload. Disconnect the device, turn off the output, and then reactivate it. Reduce the load if necessary.
  • Charging issues: Verify that the charger is correctly connected and the power source is active. If using solar, ensure the panel is in direct sunlight and properly aligned.
