9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Unit Not Turning On
- Ensure the main POWER button is pressed and held for a few seconds.
- Check if the battery is completely depleted. Connect the unit to an AC charger and try again.
9.2 Output Ports Not Working
- Ensure the specific output (DC, USB, AC) is activated by pressing its respective button.
- Check if the device connected exceeds the maximum output power for that port.
- Verify the power station has sufficient battery charge.
9.3 Slow Charging
- Ensure the charger used is the original AC wall charger or a compatible solar panel/car charger with sufficient wattage.
- Check for proper connection of the charging cable.
- Environmental temperature can affect charging speed; avoid extreme cold or heat.
9.4 Display Not Working
- Try turning the unit off and on again.
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
10. User Tips
- Cable Compatibility: The Flashfish E103 comes with an AC wall charger. For connecting devices, use the charging cables provided with your specific devices (e.g., USB-C to USB-C for laptops, USB-A to Lightning for iPhones).
- Optimize Solar Charging: Position solar panels directly towards the sun for maximum efficiency. Adjust angle periodically as the sun moves.
- Power Saving: Turn off individual output sections (DC, USB, AC) when not in use to conserve battery life.
- Cold Weather Performance: While LiFePO4 batteries perform better in cold than traditional lithium-ion, extreme cold can still reduce efficiency. Keep the unit insulated if operating in very low temperatures.
