Installation

The AI1200 headlight offers two primary installation methods: formal (top-mounted) and hoisting (under-mounted).

  1. Attach the Strap Bracket: Secure the strap bracket to your bicycle's handlebar. Ensure it is tightened firmly to prevent movement during rides.
  2. Mounting the Headlight:
    • Formal (Top-Mounted): Align the headlight's base with the GoPro Mounting Adapter on the strap bracket and slide it into place. Use the provided set screws to secure it.
    • Hoisting (Under-Mounted): For an inverted position, attach the Garmin base to the top of the headlight using the fixed screws. Then, attach the headlight to the strap bracket in the desired orientation. Ensure the silicone plug is properly seated to protect the port.

Operation

The AI1200 headlight features intuitive controls for easy operation.

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the on/off button for 1 second to turn the light on or off.
  2. Switch Lighting Modes: Tap the on/off button to cycle through the four lighting modes:
    • Low Light: 400 lumens, approx. 7 hours duration, 100m range.
    • Medium Light: 800 lumens, approx. 4 hours duration, 150m range.
    • High Light: 1200 lumens, approx. 2 hours duration, 200m range.
    • Flash Mode: 800 lumens, approx. 24 hours duration, 150m range.
  3. Intelligent Sensing: The headlight is equipped with intelligent sensing capabilities to adjust brightness based on ambient light conditions.

Charging

The AI1200 headlight is equipped with a 2500mAh battery and charges via a Type-C USB port.
