2. Safety Information

5. Setup

5.1 Placement

Choose a suitable location for your projector. The X3 supports various installation methods:

  • Desktop Setup: Place on a flat, stable surface.
  • Ceiling Mount: Securely mount the projector to the ceiling (mounting hardware not included).
  • Tray Bracket: Use with a compatible projector stand or tray.

Ensure the projection distance is between 1 to 3 meters to achieve a screen size of 40 to 150 inches. The projector also supports 180° free projection, allowing you to project onto ceilings or walls at various angles.

5.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power cord to the DC-IN port on the projector.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.

5.3 Initial Power On & Adjustment

  1. Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn it on.
  2. The projector features Auto Focus and Auto Keystone Correction. It will automatically adjust the image clarity and shape.
  3. If manual adjustment is needed, use the remote control to navigate to settings and fine-tune focus or keystone. The projector also supports 50%-100% zoom.

6.1 Navigating the Android 11 Interface

6.2 Screen Mirroring/Casting

The X3 Projector supports wireless screen mirroring via its built-in Chromecast and compatibility with iOS, Android, and Windows devices, utilizing the latest WiFi 6 technology for a faster and more stable connection.

  1. Ensure your projector and source device (smartphone, tablet, PC) are connected to the same WiFi network.
  2. On the projector's home screen, select the 'Screen Cast' or 'Chromecast Built-in' option.
  3. On your source device, initiate screen mirroring/casting (e.g., 'Smart View' on Android, 'Screen Mirroring' on iOS, or 'Cast' feature on Windows).

6.3 Bluetooth Connectivity
