6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your 3MIN-A PROJECT action figure, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Dust the figure regularly with a soft, dry brush or cloth. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen a cloth with water and gently wipe. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the figure away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity to prevent material degradation and discoloration.
  • Joint Care: If joints become loose over time, a small amount of clear nail polish or a specialized joint-tightening fluid can be applied to the ball joint and allowed to dry to increase friction. If joints are too stiff, gently warm the area with a hairdryer on a low setting before attempting to move.
  • Handling: Always handle the figure by its main body parts. Avoid excessive force on small or delicate components.

7. Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

Problem Solution
Joints are too stiff. Gently warm the joint area with a hairdryer on a low setting for a few seconds to soften the plastic before attempting to move.
Joints are too loose. Apply a thin layer of clear nail polish or specialized joint-tightening fluid to the ball joint. Allow it to dry completely before reassembling.
Parts do not fit together. Ensure all excess plastic (nubs) from the runners have been removed. Check the orientation of the parts. Do not force; if necessary, gently sand down connection points.
Figure falls off the stand. Ensure the figure is securely clipped to the stand. Adjust the stand's arm and base for better balance, especially with dynamic poses.
