Setup

1. Charging the Headset and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headset and its charging case.

  • Charging the Headset: Place the headset into the charging case. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.
  • Charging the Case: Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. The LED display will show the battery level.

The charging case has a 1000mAh battery capacity. A full charge provides approximately 25 hours of music time, 22 hours of talking time, and up to 300 hours of standby time.

2. Fitting the Headset

The headset features an ergonomic design for a secure and comfortable fit. It can be rotated 180° and adjusted 90° to fit either ear. Choose the ear tip size (S, M, L) that provides the best seal and comfort for your ear.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

The headset offers quick and stable connection. To pair with your device:

  1. Ensure the headset is charged and powered on.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select the headset from the list.
  4. Once connected, the headset will indicate successful pairing.

The headset is compatible with various platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, making it suitable for office work and virtual meetings.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

The headset features smart function buttons for easy control:

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the multi-function button.
  • Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button.
  • Play/Pause Music: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Volume Up/Down: Use the dedicated volume buttons.
  • Voice Assistant (Siri, etc.): Press the voice assistant button.

Noise Cancellation and Microphone

The headset incorporates CVC6.0+DSP audio processing for dual noise reduction, significantly improving sound quality. It features Environmental Noise Cancelling (ENC) and a dual microphone system to reduce regular daily noise levels and pick up your voice clearer, even in noisy environments. The microphone also includes a mute function.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Water Resistance: The headset has an IPX-4 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to splashing water from any direction. Do not submerge the headset in water.
  • Storage: Store the headset and charging case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Headset won't turn on:
Ensure the headset is fully charged. Place it in the charging case and check the LED indicator.
Cannot pair with device:
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headset is in pairing mode. Try turning off and on both the headset and your device. Ensure the headset is not already connected to another device.
No sound or poor sound quality:
Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure the headset is properly seated in your ear and try different ear tip sizes for a better seal. Re-pair the headset with your device.
Microphone not working:
Ensure the microphone is not muted. Check microphone settings on your connected device. Make sure the microphone is positioned correctly towards your mouth.
