Precision Geometry Adjustment Points

  • Saddle Tilt: Adjust the angle of the saddle for comfort.
  • Saddle Fore-Aft Position: Move the saddle horizontally to optimize your pedaling stroke.
  • Saddle Height: Adjust the saddle vertically to achieve proper leg extension (Range: 565-880mm).
  • Stack Height: Adjust the vertical distance from the bottom bracket to the top of the handlebars (Range: 485-680mm).
  • Reach Adjustment: Adjust the horizontal distance from the bottom bracket to the center of the handlebars (Range: 365-480mm).
  • Crank Length: Choose from 8 options: 150 / 155 / 160 / 165 / 167.5 / 170 / 172.5 / 175 mm. (Note: 150/155/160mm crank positions require a 15mm open-end wrench for installation).

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

Connect the power adapter to the T7 and plug it into a wall outlet. The trainer will power on automatically. To power off, simply unplug the trainer. The T7 also supports unplugged riding.

2. Smart Connectivity

The T7 is equipped with built-in ANT+, FE-C, and BLE FTMS wireless communication protocols, allowing seamless connection to various cycling apps and devices.

This data helps optimize pedaling efficiency and develop a more scientific cycling habit. (Note: Left-right balance and pedal smoothness metrics require a compatible head unit or training app. T7 must be connected as a power meter.)
