Setup Instructions

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the radiator from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Wheel Assembly: If the wheels are not pre-assembled, attach them securely to the base of the radiator according to the diagrams provided in the packaging. Ensure they are firmly locked in place for stability.
  3. Placement: Place the radiator on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 50 cm) from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials to allow for proper heat circulation and prevent fire hazards. Do not place the radiator directly below a power socket.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the radiator's power cord is fully unwound from the cable winding compartment. Plug the radiator into a suitable grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel and Remote Control

The radiator can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control. The remote control has a range of up to 5 meters.

Powering On/Off

  • Press the Power button (U) on the control panel or remote control to turn the radiator on or off.

Setting Heat Modes

The radiator offers four heat settings:

  • 1000W: Low heat setting.
  • 1500W: Medium heat setting.
  • 2500W: High heat setting for rapid warming.
  • ECO Mode: Intelligent mode that automatically adjusts power consumption based on the room temperature to maintain a comfortable environment and save energy.

Press the Mode button (MODE) to cycle through the available heat settings.

Setting Temperature

Use the Up (^) and Down (v) arrow buttons on the control panel or remote control to set your desired temperature. The built-in precise temperature sensor will maintain the room temperature within your set range (5-35°C).

Using the 24-Hour Timer

The 24-hour timer allows you to program the radiator to turn on or off automatically in 1-hour increments.

  • Press the Timer button (CLOCK icon) to activate the timer function.
  • Use the Up (^) and Down (v) arrow buttons to set the desired number of hours for the timer.
  • You can set the timer for automatic switch-off (when the radiator is on) or automatic switch-on (when the radiator is in standby mode).

Child Lock

To prevent accidental changes to settings, the radiator is equipped with a child lock function.

  • To activate the child lock, press and hold the Mode button for a few seconds until a lock icon appears on the display.
  • To deactivate, repeat the process.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the radiator and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the internal components.
  • Storage: When not in use, especially during warmer months, store the radiator in a cool, dry place. You can use the cable winding compartment to neatly store the power cord.
  • Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and plug for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not use the radiator and contact customer support.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Radiator does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet not working; power button not pressed; tip-over switch activated. Ensure plug is fully inserted and outlet is functional. Press power button. Check if radiator is upright on a stable surface.

Remote control not working. Batteries depleted; obstruction between remote and radiator; remote too far. Replace batteries. Remove obstructions. Ensure remote is within 5m range.
Child lock is active. Child lock was accidentally activated. Press and hold the Mode button for a few seconds to deactivate the child lock.
