Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your JONR C11, refer to the table below for possible causes and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause and Solution |
|---|---|
| Unpleasant odor during use | Clean the dirty water tank, sponge filter, and roller brush. |
| Excessive foam during cleaning | Do not add unrecommended cleaning solutions to the clean water tank. If foam fills the dirty water tank, the machine will stop. Remove the roller brush and dirty water tank to remove foam. |
| Cannot charge on the charging base | Clean the charging terminals on the charging base and the vacuum cleaner. Ensure the power supply is correctly connected and the vacuum cleaner is properly placed. |
| Vacuum cleaner does not work | Not charged or low battery; fully charge before cleaning. Overheat protection activated due to blockage; remove the obstruction and let the machine cool to room temperature. Dirty water tank is full; empty the tank. Accessories are not installed correctly; ensure all parts are securely in place. |
| Vacuum cleaner charges slowly | Battery temperature is too high or too low; wait until it reaches room temperature. |
| Weak suction power | Sponge filter is clogged; clean the sponge filter. Suction tube or suction inlet is blocked; remove obstructions. |
| Unusual motor noise | Dirty water tank is full; empty the tank. Suction inlet is blocked; clean the inlet. |
| No water output from the vacuum cleaner | Clean water tank is not installed correctly; reinstall before use. Water tank or pump is blocked; perform self-cleaning several times. |
| Water leakage from the air outlet | Sponge filter in the dirty water tank was not dried after cleaning; dry it before use. Vacuum cleaner was overturned, causing dirty water to flow into the main fan. Dirty water tank is overfilled but the alarm did not activate (check if the MAX level alarm works correctly). If all conditions are normal, run the machine for a few minutes to dry the main fan. |
| Machine leaks water | Missing water tank lid seal or displaced duckbill valve; reinstall with tweezers. |
| Red indicator light flashes | A fault has occurred; observe and record the flashing pattern, then contact after-sales support. |
