3.2 Frequency and Channel Management
- Frequency Ranges: The radio supports a broad spectrum of frequencies for both transmission (TX) and reception (RX):
CB: 27MHz RX/TX
FM: 64-108MHz RX
SW: 2.3-30MHz RX
MW: 520-1710KHz RX
LW: 153-279KHz RX
TX/RX: 18-64MHz, 136-520MHz
RX (AM/FM/SSB): 18-620MHz, 840-999MHz - Channel Capacity: The device features 1024 memory channels, plus 3 VFO channels, allowing for extensive frequency storage and flexible communication.
- Frequency Switching: You can switch the frequency range between 18-64MHz, 64-642MHz, and 840-1000MHz. Note that these ranges cannot operate simultaneously, and a compatible antenna must be used for the selected range.
- One-Click Frequency Copying: This feature allows for quick frequency detection and copying. Follow these steps:
1. Press the 'Menu' key to enter the Menu.
2. Navigate to 'Key Define' and select 'Freq Detect'.
3. Press the 'Menu' key to confirm and start frequency detection.
4. During detection, press '*' to switch to Remote CTC/DCS, or '#' to switch the detection band. Press 'PTT' or 'Exit' to stop.
