3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The Victor 7200C requires 6 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included) for operation. To install the batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
- Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 6 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

3.2 Powering On/Off

4.1 Function Panel Explanation

- The display will automatically show L-N (Live-Neutral) voltage, L-PE (Live-Earth) voltage, N-PE (Neutral-Earth) voltage, frequency, and phase status.
- Observe the display for any error indicators or incorrect wiring patterns.

4.3 Leakage Protection Switch Tripping Test (RCD Test)
This test measures the tripping time of a Residual Current Device (RCD).
- Plug the device into the socket protected by the RCD.
- Press the FUNC button until the RCD mode is selected.
- Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to select the desired RCD tripping current (e.g., 10mA, 30mA, 100mA, 300mA, 500mA).
- Press the TEST button. The RCD should trip, and the device will display the tripping time.
- Reset the RCD after the test.
4.4 Ground Resistance Measurement (RE)
Measures the resistance of the grounding electrode.
- Connect the test leads: Green to Earth (PE), Red to Phase (L), Black to Neutral (N).
- Press the FUNC button until RE mode is selected.
- Press the TEST button to initiate the measurement. The ground resistance will be displayed.
4.5 Loop Resistance Measurement (RL)
Measures the resistance of the fault loop impedance.
- Connect the test leads: Green to Earth (PE), Red to Phase (L), Black to Neutral (N).
- Press the FUNC button until RL mode is selected.
- Press the TEST button to initiate the measurement. The loop resistance will be displayed.
