Maintenance

Cleaning

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-cleaning solution.

Software Updates

Regularly check for and install system updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and access to the latest features. You can usually find this option in the tablet's 'Settings' menu under 'System' or 'About tablet'.

Battery Care

  • Avoid exposing the tablet to extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold), as this can degrade battery life.
  • Use only the provided charger or a certified compatible charger to prevent damage.
  • For long-term storage, charge the battery to around 50-70% and store the device in a cool, dry place.

General Care

  • Protect the screen with a screen protector and use a protective case to prevent scratches and damage from drops.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the tablet.
  • Keep the tablet away from water and other liquids.

Troubleshooting

Tablet Does Not Power On

  • Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to perform a forced restart.

Poor Wi-Fi/4G LTE Connection

  • Wi-Fi: Ensure you are within range of your Wi-Fi router. Try restarting your router and the tablet.
  • 4G LTE: Check if your SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Verify that mobile data is enabled in your tablet's settings. Ensure you have network coverage in your area.

Applications Crashing or Freezing

  • Close background applications to free up RAM.
  • Clear the cache of the problematic application in 'Settings > Apps'.
  • Ensure the application is updated to its latest version.
  • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Screen Not Responding

  • Restart the tablet.
  • Ensure the screen is clean and free from moisture or debris.
  • If using a screen protector, ensure it is properly applied and not interfering with touch sensitivity.

User Tips

  • Optimize for Gaming: For the best gaming experience, close unnecessary background applications to maximize RAM and processor resources. Utilize the 144Hz display setting in games that support it for smoother visuals.
  • Leverage 4G LTE: With full-band 4G LTE support, you can enjoy online gaming, streaming, and browsing even when Wi-Fi is unavailable. Ensure your data plan is sufficient for your usage.
  • Explore Android 15 Features: Take advantage of Android 15's built-in features like 'Private Space' for enhanced privacy, 'Digital Wellbeing' to manage your usage, and 'Split Screen' for multitasking.
  • Accurate Navigation: The tablet's multi-system GPS (L1+L5) provides highly accurate positioning. This is particularly useful for navigation apps and location-based games.
  • External Display: Connect your tablet to a larger screen via the Type-C port for an immersive gaming or viewing experience. Remember to acquire a compatible Type-C to HDMI/DP cable.
