3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Mounting the Unit
Consider the following points before selecting where to install:
- Do not mount the inverter on flammable construction materials.
- Mount on a solid surface.
- Install this inverter at eye level in order to allow the LCD display to be read at all times.
- The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C to ensure optimal operation.
- The recommended installation position is to be adhered to the wall vertically.
- Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the right diagram to guarantee sufficient heat dissipation and to have enough space for removing wires.
SUITABLE FOR MOUNTING ON CONCRETE OR OTHER NON-COMBUSTIBLE SURFACE ONLY.

3.2 Wiring Connections
Refer to the following steps and diagrams for proper wiring. Ensure all power sources are disconnected before making any connections.

- Connect Battery Terminals: Connect the positive (red) and negative (blue/black) battery cables to the corresponding terminals on the inverter. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect AC Input: Connect the AC input wires (Line, Neutral, Ground) to the 'AC IN' terminal block.
- Connect PV Input: Connect the PV (solar panel) input wires to the 'PV IN' terminal block.
- Connect AC Output: Connect your AC loads to the 'AC OUT' terminal block.
- Connect WiFi Module: Plug the WiFi module into the designated communication port (RS232 or RS485) on the inverter.

- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules must not exceed max. PV array open circuit voltage of inverter.
- Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should be higher than min. battery voltage.

5. Troubleshooting
The inverter provides warning indicators and audible alarms for various events. Refer to the table below for common warning codes and their descriptions:

If a warning or fault occurs, consult this table to identify the issue. For persistent problems, contact customer support.
6. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your EASUN Hybrid Solar Inverter, regular maintenance is recommended:
- Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Inspect the unit for any visible damage or unusual noises.
- Ensure the ambient temperature remains within the specified operating range.
