4.1. Camera Models and Features

12MP / 9MP Camera: Features three lenses with three screens. The lower camera supports Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) control, while the two upper cameras support manual rotation (360° vertically and 270° horizontally) to monitor different angles of a 3D space.

6. Setup

6.1. Installation Location

The camera is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, thanks to its IP66 waterproof and dustproof rating. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your WiFi network or wired connection point. The camera supports side installation.

6.2. Power Connection

Connect the camera to a DC 12V power supply using the provided adapter. Ensure the power source is stable.

6.3. Network Connection

The camera supports three connection methods:

Bluetooth Connection: Follow the iCSee App instructions for initial setup via Bluetooth.
WiFi Connection: Connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Ensure your router is within range.
RJ-45 Cable Connection: For a stable wired connection, plug an Ethernet cable into the camera's RJ-45 port and connect it to your router.

6.4. App Setup (iCSee)

Download the 'iCSee' app from your smartphone's app store (Android or iOS).

7. Operating Instructions

7.1. Live View and Screen Layouts

Once connected, open the iCSee app to view live feeds from all three lenses. The app supports various screen layouts to display the three real-time videos simultaneously.

7.2. PTZ Control and Manual Rotation

PTZ Control (Lower Camera): Use the PTZ console within the iCSee App to remotely rotate the lower camera up, down, left, and right to monitor any desired angle.
Manual Rotation (Upper Cameras - 12MP/9MP models only): The two upper cameras on 12MP and 9MP models can be manually rotated 360° vertically and 270° horizontally to cover specific areas. For 6MP models, the upper cameras are fixed.

7.3. Two-Way Audio

The camera is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling real-time two-way audio communication. Use the iCSee app to speak through the camera and listen to audio from the camera's vicinity.

8. Maintenance

8.1. Cleaning

9. Troubleshooting

9.1. Common Issues

Camera not powering on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the camera and a working power outlet. Verify the power supply is DC 12V.
Cannot connect to WiFi: Check if your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the camera is within range of your router. Try restarting both the camera and your router.
Poor image quality: Clean the camera lenses. Check your network connection speed. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's view.
False alarms: Adjust the AI Human Detection sensitivity settings in the iCSee app.
No audio or poor audio quality: Ensure the microphone and speaker settings are enabled in the app. Check for any physical obstructions around the microphone or speaker.

10. User Tips

Power over Ethernet (POE): This camera does NOT support Power over Ethernet (POE). It requires a standard DC 12V power supply.
SD Card Installation: When installing a Micro SD card, ensure the camera is powered off to prevent data corruption.
App Notifications: Customize your notification settings in the iCSee app to receive alerts for human detection without being overwhelmed by other motion events.
