1. Introduction
This adapter is designed to convert your car's existing wired CarPlay or Android Auto system into a wireless connection, providing a seamless and convenient experience for mobile phone integration.
Working Principle
The adapter initiates a connection by pairing with your phone via Bluetooth. Once the Bluetooth connection is established, it transitions to a wireless connection and data transmission using Wi-Fi. After a successful Wi-Fi connection, your phone will automatically disconnect its Bluetooth from the adapter and connect to your car's native Bluetooth system.
What's in the Box?
- 1x Wired to Wireless Adapter (for CarPlay/Android Auto)
- 1x USB-A to USB-C Adapter

2. Compatibility Note
Before using the adapter, please ensure your vehicle and mobile device meet the following requirements:
- For Cars: Your car must have a factory-installed wired CarPlay or Android Auto function. This adapter is not compatible with vehicles that do not already support wired CarPlay.
- For iPhone: Requires iPhone 6 or later models running iOS 10 or above for wired CarPlay functionality.
- For Android Phone: Requires Android 10 or above for wired Android Auto functionality. If your Android phone runs Android 9 or below, you will need to download the Android Auto application from Google Play. Android 10 and newer versions have Android Auto built-in.
How to Check Car Compatibility
- Method 1: Connect your iPhone or Android phone to your car via a USB cable. Check if the CarPlay or Android Auto icon appears on your car's display screen.
- Method 2: Contact your car manufacturer to confirm if your vehicle supports wired CarPlay or Android Auto.

6. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- Q: What is the Wi-Fi password for the adapter?
- A: A Wi-Fi password is NOT required. After Bluetooth pairing, Wi-Fi will automatically connect. Please ensure that your phone's Wi-Fi is turned on and not occupied by other devices.
- Q: When using the adapter, can my phone access the internet via Wi-Fi?
- A: No, your phone's Wi-Fi will be occupied by the adapter for data transmission. You can use your phone's SIM card for internet access instead.
- Q: After pairing the Android Auto adapter, Android Auto does not start or the USB is not recognized.
- A:
- If your car is using Android Auto for the first time, connect your phone via a data cable to activate Android Auto through a wired method first.
- Ensure that the Android Auto application on your Android phone is the latest version. If not, please update it.
- Turn off your phone's Bluetooth, go to mobile application management, find Android Auto, and clear its cache from Google Play Services. After clearing, restart your phone and re-pair with the adapter.
- Q: Audio input or output issues (calls rejected/forwarded to voicemail, no sound, microphone not working, music playback interrupted/paused, abnormal voice function).
- A:
- Check if your iPhone/Android smartphone's Bluetooth is connected to other devices (e.g., earphones, smartwatches). If so, disconnect these auto-connected Bluetooth devices.
- When on a call, verify that your phone's "Audio" output option is set to CarPlay/Android Auto.
- Q: Unable to automatically reconnect.
- A:
- When entering the car, ensure that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone are turned on and that Bluetooth is not occupied by other devices.
- Clear the Bluetooth pairing record for the adapter on your phone, restart your phone, and then re-pair with the adapter.
- A few cars may have compatibility issues and might require you to unplug and re-plug the adapter before it can reconnect.
- Q: Can the adapter pair with multiple phones?
- A: The adapter can pair with a maximum of 5 phones, but it can only connect to one device at a time. If you wish to pair it with a new phone, you must first disconnect the current connection. By default, the adapter will automatically connect to the last used phone.
