7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Basic Sealing (Vacuum or Single Seal)
- Prepare the Bag: Place the food item inside a compatible vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean, dry, and free from wrinkles.
- Position the Bag: Lift the top cover of the sealer. Place the open end of the bag flat across the sealing strip, ensuring it is centered and within the sealing area. Press the cover down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Select Mode:
- Vacuum Seal: Press the 'Vacuum Sealing' button. The device will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then seal it.
- Single Seal: Press the 'Single Seal' button. The device will only seal the bag without vacuuming.
- Click to Draw: Press the 'Click to Draw' button to manually control the vacuum process. Release the button when desired vacuum level is reached, then press 'Single Seal' to seal.
- Monitor Progress: The digital display will show the progress. Once complete, the device will stop automatically (for Vacuum Seal mode) or indicate completion.
- Release and Inspect: Open the cover and remove the sealed bag. Check the seal to ensure it is airtight and complete.

7.2 Temperature Adjustment for Single Sealing
When using the 'Single Seal' mode, you can adjust the temperature based on the bag's thickness:
- P1 (Low Temperature): Suitable for thin bags.
- P2 (Medium Temperature): For standard bags.
- P3 (High Temperature): Ideal for thick bags.
Select the appropriate temperature setting using the 'Power on/Temp Control' button before initiating the single seal process.

7.3 External Vacuuming
- Attach the Pumping Nozzle to the external port on the sealer.
- Connect the pumping nozzle to the valve of your vacuum-sealable container or bag.
- Press the 'Vacuum Sealing' button to start the external vacuum process.
- The device will stop automatically once the desired vacuum is achieved.
7.4 Inflation
- Attach the appropriate Inflation Nozzle or Inflation Needle to the external port on the sealer.
- Insert the nozzle/needle into the item you wish to inflate (e.g., sports ball, swimming ring).
- Press the 'Power on/Temp Control' button to activate the inflation function.
- Monitor the inflation and stop the device manually once the item is sufficiently inflated.
8. Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the device before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Clean the sealing strip and vacuum channel regularly to prevent food residue buildup, which can affect sealing performance. Use a cotton swab for hard-to-reach areas.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or next use.
8.2 Storage
- Store the vacuum sealer in a cool, dry place.
- Keep the lid slightly ajar when storing to prevent compression of the foam gasket, which can lead to poor sealing over time.
9. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not turn on | Low battery or no power. | Charge the device fully. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected. |
| Bag does not vacuum properly | Bag not positioned correctly; bag is damaged; vacuum channel is blocked. | Ensure the bag opening is flat and centered on the sealing strip. Check the bag for holes or tears. Clean the vacuum channel. |
| Bag does not seal | Sealing strip is dirty or wet; bag material is incompatible; temperature setting is incorrect. | Clean and dry the sealing strip. Use appropriate vacuum sealer bags. Adjust the temperature setting (P1-P3) according to bag thickness. |
| External vacuuming/inflation not working | Connector not properly attached; external bag/container valve is faulty. | Ensure the external connector is securely fitted. Check the valve on the external bag/container for proper function. |
10. User Tips
- For best results, ensure there is at least 1-2 inches of space between the food and the top of the bag to allow for proper vacuuming and sealing.
- When vacuum sealing moist foods, consider pre-freezing them for a short period to prevent liquids from being drawn into the vacuum channel.
- Always use bags specifically designed for vacuum sealing. Regular plastic bags may not hold a vacuum or seal properly.
- If sealing delicate items, use the 'Click to Draw' mode to control the vacuum pressure and prevent crushing.
- Keep the device charged for spontaneous use, especially when traveling or camping.
