2. Installing Microphone Batteries

Each wireless microphone requires two AA batteries.

  1. Unscrew the bottom part of the microphone to access the battery compartment.
  2. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Screw the bottom part back on securely.

3. Connecting the Receiver to Audio Equipment

The mini receiver features a 6.35mm (1/4 inch) jack for direct connection to various audio devices. A 3.5mm conversion plug is included for compatibility with smaller input jacks.

  1. Identify the microphone input (MIC IN) on your audio equipment (e.g., mixer, sound card, power amplifier, tie rod sound system, bus audio system).
  2. Plug the mini receiver directly into the 6.35mm MIC IN jack.
  3. If your audio equipment has a 3.5mm MIC IN jack, attach the provided 3.5mm conversion plug to the receiver's 6.35mm jack, then plug it into your equipment.
Wide Compatibility: Connecting to Audio, Sound Card, Tie Rod Sound, Power Amplifier, Mixer

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

  • Microphone: Press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the microphone until the screen illuminates. Press and hold again to power off.
  • Receiver: Press the power switch on the mini receiver. A blue indicator light will show it's active. Press again to power off.

The microphone and receiver will automatically connect once both are powered on, thanks to the fixed frequency design.

2. Usage and Performance

  • Stable Signal: The system operates on UHF frequency, providing a stable signal with an operating range of up to 50 meters in open areas.
  • Noise Reduction & Anti-interference: The microphone system incorporates noise reduction technology and an anti-interference design with a howling suppression module to deliver clear, pure sound and minimize background noise and feedback.
  • Cardioid Pickup Pattern: The dynamic microphone capsule features a cardioid pickup pattern, which primarily captures sound from the front of the microphone while reducing sound from the sides and rear. This helps to isolate the desired sound source and minimize ambient noise.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Wipe the microphone body and receiver with a soft, dry cloth.
  • The microphone features a tight net header and windproof cotton mesh. Periodically check for any debris and gently clean if necessary to maintain sound quality.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

2. Battery Care

  • For the receiver's built-in lithium battery, recharge it regularly, especially if the system will not be used for an extended period.
  • Remove AA batteries from the microphones if they will not be used for a long time to prevent leakage.

3. Storage

  • Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep components in their original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No sound from microphone
  • Microphone or receiver not powered on.
  • Low batteries in microphone or receiver.
  • Receiver not properly connected to audio equipment.
  • Audio equipment input volume too low or muted.
  • Ensure both microphone(s) and receiver are powered on.
  • Replace AA batteries in microphone(s) or recharge receiver.
  • Verify receiver is securely plugged into the correct MIC IN port.
  • Increase volume on audio equipment and check for mute settings.
Interference or poor sound quality
  • Obstructions between microphone and receiver.
  • Operating beyond the effective range (50 meters).
  • Strong electromagnetic interference from other devices.
  • Reduce distance between microphone and receiver.
  • Ensure a clear line of sight.
  • Move away from potential sources of interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless devices).
Microphone howling/feedback
  • Microphone too close to speakers.
  • Volume levels too high.
  • Adjust microphone position relative to speakers.
  • Lower the microphone volume on your audio equipment.
  • The system has a built-in howling suppression module, but extreme conditions may still cause feedback.
