5.1. Package Contents

5.2. Assembly (if applicable)

If your product includes an acrylic case, follow these steps to assemble it:

  1. Carefully align the Schumann Wave Generator module with the bottom piece of the acrylic case.
  2. Place the top piece of the acrylic case over the module, ensuring all ports and buttons align with the case openings.
  3. Secure the case using the provided screws. Do not overtighten.

5.3. Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided Micro USB power cable to the 5V power connector on the generator module.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a compatible USB port.
  3. The digital display should light up, indicating the device is powered on. The default frequency of 7.83Hz will be displayed.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

The device powers on automatically when connected to a 5V power source. To turn off, simply disconnect the Micro USB power cable.

6.2. Adjusting Frequency

The Schumann Wave Generator allows frequency adjustment from 0.1Hz to 100,000Hz using the keypad. The digital display shows up to four digits.

For frequencies up to 9999 Hz:

  1. Enter the desired frequency using the number keys (0-9).
  2. Press the OK key to confirm the setting.
  3. The display will show the newly set frequency.

For frequencies above 9999 Hz (e.g., 10,000 Hz):

Since the digital display can only show four digits, for frequencies greater than 9999 Hz, you will use the 'K' key to represent thousands.

  1. Enter the numerical value for the thousands place using the number keys.
  2. Press the K key (located on the lower right corner of the keypad).
  3. Then, press the OK key to confirm.

Example: Setting 10,000 Hz

  • Press the digit [1].
  • Press the digit [0].
  • Press the [K] key.
  • Finally, press the [OK] key.

This sequence will set the frequency to 10,000 Hz.

6.3. Signal Output

The generated sine wave signal can be accessed via the headphone jack (labeled "OUT"). You can connect an oscilloscope or other audio analysis equipment to observe the waveform.
