Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To power on, press the power button on the elliptical or the remote control.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button for a few seconds.

Using the LCD Display and Controls

  • CAL: Displays calories burned.
  • ODO: Displays total distance (odometer).
  • SCAN: Cycles through all metrics automatically.
  • TIME: Displays workout duration.
  • COUNT: Displays pedal rotations.
  • SPEED: Displays current speed.

Modes of Operation
