3.3 Power Connection
Connect a DC 9-24V power supply (3A or higher recommended) to the DC 9-24V input port on the amplifier board. Ensure the polarity is correct.
3.4 Speaker Connection
Connect your speaker(s) to the SPEAKER +/- terminals on the board. Ensure correct polarity for optimal sound. This is a mono amplifier, so connect one speaker or wire multiple speakers in series/parallel as appropriate for a mono setup.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Input Options
The XY-301W supports three audio input methods:
- Bluetooth 5.2: For wireless audio streaming from your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- AUX IN: For wired audio input using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- USB Drive: For playing audio files directly from a USB flash drive.

4.2 Bluetooth Connection (Single Unit)
- Power on the amplifier board. The blue indicator light will flash rapidly.
- On your mobile phone or device, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "XinYi" to pair.
- Once connected, you can play music from your device.

4.3 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Stereo Pairing
To achieve stereo sound effects, you can pair two XY-301W amplifier boards using TWS technology:
- Power On: Power on both amplifier boards. The blue indicator lights on both boards will flash rapidly. (Ensure neither board is already paired with a Bluetooth phone or connected via AUX/USB drive).
- Initiate Pairing: On one of the amplifier boards, press the volume knob four consecutive times. The TWS red indicator light on this board will start flashing rapidly. The blue indicator light on the other board will continue to flash rapidly.
- Connection Confirmation: Wait for the TWS red indicator light on the first board to change from fast flashing to a solid ON state (this board is now the Master). The blue indicator light on the second board will turn off, and its red indicator light will start flashing slowly (this board is now the Slave). This indicates successful TWS connection. If the red indicator light goes out, the connection has failed; you can press the volume knob again four times to re-attempt TWS connection.
- Connect to Device: After successful TWS connection, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for "XinYi", and connect. Your phone's audio will now play in stereo through both amplifier boards. Alternatively, you can play music via AUX or USB drive through the Master unit.
Note: When using the TWS box function, it is necessary to first connect the TWS box and then pair it with the phone's Bluetooth. The TWS box function is in memory mode, and it will automatically connect to the box the next time it is turned on.

5. Maintenance
- Keep the amplifier board clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the board to prevent overheating, especially during prolonged use at high volumes.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the board beyond the intended assembly steps, as this may void any potential warranty and cause damage.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power / No indicator lights | Incorrect power supply voltage or current; Loose power connection. | Ensure power supply is DC 9-24V/3A or higher. Check all power connections are secure. |
| No sound output | Incorrect speaker wiring; Volume too low; Wrong input source selected; Bluetooth not connected. | Verify speaker connections and polarity. Increase volume. Select the correct input (Bluetooth, AUX, or USB). Reconnect Bluetooth if necessary. |
| TWS pairing fails | Incorrect pairing sequence; One board already connected to another device. | Ensure both boards are not connected to any other Bluetooth device or AUX/USB. Follow TWS pairing steps carefully (press volume knob 4 times on one unit). |
| Poor sound quality / Distortion | Incompatible speaker impedance; Low quality audio source; Overdriving amplifier. | Ensure speaker impedance matches amplifier specifications. Use high-quality audio files. Reduce volume to prevent distortion. |
| Bluetooth connection unstable | Distance too far; Obstructions; Interference. | Keep the Bluetooth device closer to the amplifier. Remove obstructions. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference. |
7. User Tips
- For optimal performance, use a stable power supply that meets or exceeds the recommended 9-24V/3A specifications.
- When connecting speakers, pay close attention to the impedance (4Ω or 8Ω) and voltage to ensure compatibility and prevent damage.
- Consider using the Sinilink APP for advanced control and customization of your amplifier's Bluetooth settings.
- If experiencing any issues, always double-check all physical connections before troubleshooting further.
