Periodically check all cable connections to ensure they are secure. No user-serviceable parts are inside the module; do not attempt to open or repair it yourself.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Screen not showing normally: Check the LVDS cable connection and ensure the DIP switches are set correctly according to the installation instructions.
- No sound after installation:
- For mobile phone audio, connect your phone to the original car's Bluetooth and select the multimedia Bluetooth mode for the car audio source.
- Verify that the Multimedia and install system settings of the original car are correct.
- Black screen after installation: Check the LVDS cable line. It should transfer at the back of the main unit, not the back of the screen. Re-check DIP switch settings.
- Mainframe's pilot lamp not working: Check the power cable connection and the fuse.
- How to confirm the correct LVDS cable wire: When the screen is bright, the screen will turn black after unplugging the LVDS cable line from the back of the car host.
- How to connect Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto: Your mobile phone only needs to connect to the module's Bluetooth. The mobile phone's Bluetooth idle state should not be connected to other devices (e.g., watch recorder). Connecting to the module's Bluetooth will automatically initiate Wi-Fi transmission; you cannot manually enter a password to connect to Wi-Fi.
If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
