The AWITHZ P20B is a portable capacitor spot welding machine designed for precision welding tasks, particularly suitable for 18650 lithium batteries and various metal sheets. 2. Safety Information

1. Charge and Activate: Connect the fast charging adapter to the input port and charge the device for at least 5 minutes to activate it. The screen should display "OK" when ready for welding.
2. Connect Welding Pens: Firmly insert the spot welding pens into the designated connection ports on the front panel. Ensure they are securely seated to enable proper spot welding.
3. Connect Foot Pedal (Optional): If using manual trigger mode, connect the foot pedal to the 'Trigger Interface' port.

1. Power On: Long press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device.
2. Select Welding Mode: Use the Toggle Key to navigate through menu options and select your desired welding mode (Foot Pedal or Automatic).
3. Adjust Parameters: Use the Toggle Key to select parameters such as Gear, Preheat, Intermittent, Trigger Time, and Connecting Point. Use the Adjust Key (short press for single, long press for continuous) to modify the values.
4. Welding Parameter Fine-Tuning: The device offers ten thousand combinations for fine-tuning based on six core factors:
   • Welding Mode: Manual / Auto
   • Preheat: 1-10ms
   • Intermittent: 1-20ms
   • Gear: 001-999 (999 gear fine adjustment)
   • Trigger Time: 0.5-5.0s
   • Connecting Point: 1-3

   

5. Start Welding:
   • Foot Pedal Mode: Place the materials to be welded under the welding pen tips. Press the foot pedal to initiate the weld.
   • Automatic Mode: The device will automatically detect contact and initiate the weld.
6. Power Off: Long press the ON/OFF button to turn off the device after use. The device will automatically turn off after 8 minutes of no operation.

• Pen Tip Maintenance: Regularly check the welding pen tips for oxidation. If they become severely oxidized, use the provided file to friction them to ensure good conductivity and prevent excessive sparks.
• Cooling: If the machine becomes hot during prolonged use, allow it to cool down before continuing. This prevents activation of the high-temperature protection and ensures optimal performance.
• Storage: Store the spot welder in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

• No Spot Welding:
  • Ensure welding pen tips are installed firmly.
  • Check if the device is activated and displaying "OK".
  • Verify power connection and charge level.
• Excessive Sparks:
  • The gear setting may be too high. Reduce the gear.
  • The spot welding pen tips may be severely oxidized. Use a file to friction them.
  • The power setting might be too high for the material. Adjust accordingly.
• Machine Stops Working (Overheating):
  • The machine's high-temperature protection has activated.
  • Turn off the machine and allow it to cool down completely before restarting.
  • Avoid prolonged continuous use without breaks.
