9. User Tips

While no specific user reviews or Q&A were provided, here are some general tips for treadmill users to enhance their experience and safety:

  • Warm-up and Cool-down: Always start with a 5-10 minute warm-up (light walking) and end with a 5-10 minute cool-down (slower walking and stretching) to prepare your body and prevent injury.
  • Stay Hydrated: Keep a water bottle nearby and drink water regularly during your workout, especially during longer or more intense sessions.
  • Listen to Your Body: Do not push yourself too hard, especially when starting a new fitness routine. Gradually increase intensity and duration as your fitness improves.
  • Maintain Good Posture: While running or walking, look straight ahead, keep your shoulders relaxed, and avoid gripping the handrails too tightly. This helps maintain balance and prevents strain.
  • Always Use the Safety Key: The safety key is a crucial safety feature. Always attach it to your clothing so that if you stumble or fall, the treadmill will stop automatically.
