6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: To clean your model, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dust, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: If disassembling for storage, keep all blocks in a sealed container to prevent loss and protect them from dust. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Handling: Handle the assembled model with care, especially when moving it, to prevent parts from detaching.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Missing Pieces: If you find a piece missing, double-check the packaging and surrounding area. Due to the micro size of the blocks, they can be easily overlooked. If a piece is genuinely missing, please contact customer support with details of the missing part (as described in the manual) and your purchase information.
  • Difficulty Assembling: Ensure you are following the instruction manual step-by-step. Sometimes, a block may appear to fit but is incorrectly oriented. Re-examine the diagrams carefully.
  • Loose Connections: If parts feel loose, ensure they are fully pressed together. The micro blocks require firm, but not excessive, pressure to connect securely.
