3. Setup and Installation

The Sunster A2446 Diesel Air Heater is designed for easy installation. Most parts are pre-installed. You primarily need to connect the air intake and exhaust pipes, and install the 4G SIM card for remote control functionality.

3.1. 4G SIM Card Installation

1. Carefully break open the fixing plate on the back of the 4G controller.
2. Insert the Nano-SIM 4G card into the designated slot as shown in the diagram.
3. Cover the fixing plate and ensure it is securely closed.
4. Replace the back case of the controller.

3.2. Initial Connection and APP Setup

1. Download the 'Sunster' app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app. You can switch the app language in the upper right corner.
3. Log in to an existing account or register a new account.
4. After successful registration, click 'Add Device'.
5. Select 'Scan QR code'.
6. Scan the QR code on the back of the 4G controller to automatically read the device information.
7. You can change the name of your device within the app.

4.2. Smartphone App Operation

1. Turn On/Off: Click on the bound device in the app, then click the power button on the screen to turn it on or off.
2. Gear Mode: The first item in the app is gear mode. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the gear level.
3. Temperature Mode: Click on the second item to switch to temperature mode. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the target temperature.
4. Ventilation Mode: Click on the third item to switch to ventilation mode. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the fan speed.
5. High Heat Mode (Turbo Heat Mode): This mode can be activated via the app.
6. Timing Settings: In any mode, access 'Timer Setting' to set timed hours and minutes for operation. You can set the running time and toggle the ON/OFF button to activate/deactivate the timer.
7. More Settings: Access 'Parameter settings' to adjust Temperature unit, Altitude unit, Voice Languages (English, Russian, German), Timezone, and Temperature compensation. Click 'Save' to apply changes.

2. Then press and hold the plus and minus keys at the same time and turn on the power. At this time, the screen shows 'OTA'.
3. Press until the last four IDs of the machine appear.
4. Then in the APP personal center interface, find the ID corresponding to the local machine.
5. Select the version number to upgrade and wait for the update progress to complete.
