  6. Microphone: The system defaults to using the original car's microphone. Aftermarket microphones are not included.
  7. Fiber Optic Cable (NBT Systems Only): If your NBT car has a fiber optic cable, you need to transfer it from the original OEM power cable to the new power cord group.

Firmware Updates

Periodically check for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features. Information regarding updates can typically be found through the seller or product support channels.

Cleaning

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • WiFi Disconnection / CarPlay or Android Auto Disconnects:
If CarPlay or Android Auto frequently disconnects and returns to the menu screen, it may be due to frequency interference. Navigate to the system's WiFi Settings and try changing the WiFi signal channel to 48 or 161.
  • Sound is Noisy:
If you experience noisy sound when using AUX audio, try unplugging the specific wire indicated in the cable connection diagram (refer to OCR page 10). If the issue persists, connect the AGND to the car head unit GND.
  • Reversing Camera Not Working:
    1. Check the camera settings in the product's system and select the correct camera type (Original Camera or Aftermarket Camera).
    2. Ensure the camera power cord is connected to the 12V pink cable.
    3. Verify the yellow RCA rear camera video connector is properly connected.
    4. If using a manual transmission model, you may need to get the reverse light 12V extension at the rear lights and connect it to the BACK cable of the module.
    5. If still not working, try changing the CVBS signal mode in the camera settings (P4 in the manual).
  • Delayed Activation of Front/Rear View Camera:
Check the delay settings for camera activation in the system's camera settings.
  • Android Auto Disconnection Issues (after firmware update):
For Android phones (e.g., Samsung) experiencing disconnection issues, try these three methods to adjust your phone's settings:
    1. Samsung WiFi Settings Connections: Go to Wi-Fi settings, then Intelligent Wi-Fi, Connectivity labs, Wi-Fi developer options, Wi-Fi packet log for debugging, and turn on Air log Capture.
    2. Screenshots showing steps to adjust Samsung WiFi settings for Android Auto connection issues.

    3. Dual-SIM Configuration Settings: For Android dual SIM phones, use SIM1 first. Calls will default to SIM1, and data transmission will default to SIM1.
    4. Screenshot of Android Dual-SIM configuration settings, highlighting SIM1 preference.

    5. Clear Google Services Cache: Find Google Play Service in your apps, click Storage, then Manage Storage, and finally "Clear all data".
  • Echoes During Phone Calls:
To eliminate echoes, go to Settings > Audio > Call Echo Cancel. Click "Start Auto AEC" and wait approximately 20 seconds for the estimation and setup to complete.
