If you encounter any issues, refer to the table below for solutions. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
| Problem Type | Solutions |
|---|---|
| Unable to Power On | Battery power is insufficient (dock to charge). Battery temperature is too low or too high (use in 0-40°C environment). |
| Unable to Charge | Base station not powered (check power cord). Poor contact (clean charging contacts). |
| Unable to Return to Base Station | Robot did not start cleaning from base station. Too many obstacles near base station. Base station moved or lost power (manually place robot or check power). |
| Unable to Connect to WiFi | Incorrect WiFi password. Weak WiFi signal (ensure robot is within good coverage). WiFi connection abnormal (long-press power button for 6 seconds to re-enter network configuration mode and use latest app version). |
| Unusual Noise During Cleaning | Omnidirectional wheel accumulated dust/entangled. Foreign objects entangled on main brush, side brush, or drive wheel. Hard objects entered dust box. |
| Robot Returns to Base Station with Insufficient Battery but Doesn't Resume Cleaning | Robot is in Do Not Disturb mode. Manually charging or placing robot on base station will not trigger resume cleaning. |
| Robot Misses Areas During Cleaning | Obstacle avoidance, anti-fall, or other main unit sensors are dirty. Room doors are closed. Steps or thresholds are too high. |
| Poor Dust Collection or Abnormal Noise During Dust Collection | Filter screen, dust collection air duct, port, inlet, dust bin, or dust bag are blocked. Cover plate of dust collection chamber not properly installed. Robot will not actively collect dust during Do Not Disturb period. |
| Reduced Cleaning Performance or Dust Shedding | Dust box is full. Filter is clogged. Main brush is entangled. |
