- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet.
- No Image: Check that the correct input source is selected. Verify that the source device (e.g., laptop, gaming console) is powered on and outputting a signal.
- Blurry Image: Adjust the focus ring on the projector lens until the image is sharp.
- Trapezoidal Image: Use the manual keystone correction to adjust the image shape.
- No Sound: Check the volume settings on both the projector and the connected source device. Ensure external speakers or headphones are properly connected to the 3.5mm audio-out port if used.
- Overheating: Ensure the projector's ventilation openings are not blocked and there is adequate airflow around the device. Turn off the projector and let it cool down if it feels excessively hot.
- Wireless Connection Issues (Smart Version): Ensure your smartphone and projector are on the same Wi-Fi network. Restart both devices and try reconnecting.
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tissues that could scratch the lens.
- Cleaning the Casing: Wipe the projector's casing with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water, then wipe dry.
- Ventilation: Regularly check and clean the ventilation openings to prevent dust buildup, which can lead to overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clear dust.
- Lamp Life: The LED lamp has an estimated life of 30,000 hours, providing long-term use without frequent lamp replacement. This translates to approximately 10 years if used 5 hours per day.
