N1HC Gaming Console to HDTV Converter Manual

1. Introduction

The N1HC Gaming Console to HDTV Converter allows you to connect your classic gaming consoles (such as PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, and Wii) to modern high-definition televisions, monitors, or projectors via an HDMI connection. This converter upscales the video signal to 720P or 1080P, providing a clearer and more vibrant visual experience on contemporary displays. 2. Safety Information

5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to connect your gaming console to an HDTV using the N1HC converter:

Connect the Converter to your Console: Plug the integrated male multi-out connector from the N1HC converter into the corresponding AV Multi Out port on your gaming console (e.g., PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Wii).

Connect to Display: Connect one end of an HDMI cable (not included) to the HDMI output port on the N1HC converter. Then, connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an available HDMI input port on your HDTV, monitor, or projector.
Provide Power: Connect the included USB power cable to the DC 5V/1A power input port on the N1HC converter. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a suitable USB power source, such as a USB port on your console, a USB wall adapter (5V/1A recommended), or a TV's USB port.
Select Resolution: Locate the 720P/1080P switch on the N1HC converter. Set it to your desired output resolution. If you are unsure, start with 720P and switch to 1080P if your display supports it and the image is clear.

6. Operating Instructions

Power On Devices: Ensure your gaming console and display device are powered on.
Select Input: On your display device, select the HDMI input channel to which the N1HC converter is connected.
Verify Display: The console's video output should now be visible on your display. If the image is not optimal, try adjusting the 720P/1080P switch on the converter.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the converter and cables. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
Storage: Store the converter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Cable Care: Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cables to prevent internal damage.

8. Troubleshooting

No signal on display	Ensure all cables (console to converter, HDMI, USB power) are securely connected. Verify the USB power cable is connected to a reliable 5V/1A power source. Check that your display is set to the correct HDMI input channel. Try toggling the 720P/1080P switch on the converter. Test with a different HDMI cable.
Poor image quality / Distorted picture	Ensure the 720P/1080P switch is set appropriately for your display and console. Check for any damage to the cables or connectors. Try connecting the console directly to a compatible display (if possible) to rule out console issues.
No audio	Ensure your HDMI cable supports audio transmission. Check the audio settings on your display device. Verify that your console's audio output settings are correct.

9. User Tips

Stable Power Supply: For optimal performance and to avoid signal drops, ensure the converter receives a stable 5V/1A power supply. Using a dedicated USB wall adapter is often more reliable than a console's USB port.
Resolution Matching: If you experience issues with 1080P, try switching to 720P. Some older consoles or displays may perform better at the lower resolution.
