Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the AM6 Pro. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port). The charging time is approximately 60 minutes.

2. Attaching the Nozzle/Hose

  • Direct Connection: For Presta (French) valves, the pump can be directly screwed onto the valve stem.
  • Extension Tube Connection: For Schrader (American) valves or when more flexibility is needed for Presta valves, attach the extension tube to the pump's nozzle. Use the appropriate adapter (FV adapter for Presta, or the ball bearing pin for sports balls) with the extension tube if necessary.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Inflation Start

  • To turn on the device and start inflation, double-click the power switch. This safety feature prevents accidental activation.
  • The digital display will show the current tire pressure.
  • To stop inflation, press the power switch once.

2. Setting Desired Pressure

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure value on the digital display.
  • Once the desired pressure is set, double-click the power switch to begin inflation. The pump will automatically stop when the target pressure is reached.

3. Switching Pressure Units

  • While the device is on, a short press of the '+' or '-' keys will cycle through the available pressure units (PSI, BAR).

4. Nighttime Emergency Lighting

  • To activate the emergency lighting, press and hold the '+' and '-' keys simultaneously.
  • Repeat the action to turn off the light.

5. High Altitude Atmospheric Pressure Correction

  • In high-altitude areas, the device may display negative numbers due to atmospheric pressure differences.
  • To automatically calibrate the air pressure value to zero, press any key 5 times in a row.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the air pump in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided organizer bag for protection.
