Before installation, inspect the unit. Be sure that nothing inside the package is damaged. You should have received the following items:

  • Hybrid Solar Inverter Unit
  • User Manual
  • Communication Cable (if applicable)
  • Software CD (if applicable)

3.2 Physical Installation

The inverter is designed for indoor use. Mount the inverter vertically on a wall or other suitable surface. Ensure the mounting location is:

  • Well-ventilated and free from excessive dust.
  • Protected from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
  • Strong enough to support the inverter's weight (approx. 10KG).
  • Allow sufficient clearance (at least 20 cm) around the unit for heat dissipation.

3.3 Wiring Connections

All wiring must comply with local and national electrical codes. It is highly recommended that a qualified electrician performs the installation.

  1. Battery Connection: Connect the battery bank to the inverter's battery terminals. Ensure correct polarity. The inverter supports 12V, 24V, or 48V battery systems depending on the model. Compatible battery types include LiFePO4, AGM, Lithium, Flooded, Sealed Lead Acid, and Gel Batteries.
  2. AC Input Connection (Utility/Generator): Connect the AC input from the utility grid or a generator to the inverter's AC input terminals.
  3. PV Input Connection (Solar Panels): Connect the solar panel array to the inverter's PV input terminals. Observe the maximum PV input voltage (up to 500V DC) and MPPT voltage range (e.g., 30-400Vdc for 2KW model).
  4. AC Output Connection (Load): Connect your household appliances or AC loads to the inverter's AC output terminals.
  5. Grounding: Ensure the inverter is properly grounded to prevent electrical shock.
