1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the SERVO i16 PRO Mini Flip Mobile Phone. This device is designed for simple and convenient operation, offering essential communication features in a compact, foldable design. It supports T-FLASH (memory) cards and Dual SIM standby, integrating functions such as SMS, MP3, MP4, Camera, FM radio, Video recorder, Calendar, Alarm, and Calculator. Its powerful File Manager allows for convenient file management, and personalized ringtones can be set.

Note: This phone is designed for 2G GSM networks only. It cannot connect to Wi-Fi or download application software. If the phone displays emergency dialing or no signal, it indicates that the SIM card you are using does not support the 2G GSM network. Please ensure your SIM card supports GSM850/900/1800/1900 frequencies. Some countries (e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Israel, Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania) have discontinued 2G networks, and the phone may not function in these regions.

2. Safety Information

2.1. Battery Care and Maintenance

  • Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. It is necessary to charge the battery when it is low.
  • The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after several complete charge and discharge cycles.
  • Unplug the charger from the electrical outlet and the device when not in use.
  • Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger for over a week, as overcharging may shorten its lifespan.

2.2. Device Care and Maintenance

  • Keep the device and accessories out of the reach of small children.
  • Keep the device dry. All types of liquids and moisture will corrode electronic circuits.
  • Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices and warp or melt certain plastics.
  • Do not attempt to open the device other than as instructed in this guide. Non-professional handling may damage the device.

2.3. Aircraft Safety

  • Switch off your device before boarding an aircraft. The use of wireless teledevices in an aircraft may be dangerous to the operation of the aircraft, disrupt the wireless telephone network, and may be illegal.

2.4. Environment Safety

  • Remember to follow any special regulations in force in any area, and always switch off your device when its use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.
  • You are suggested to switch off the device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, such as gas stations, chemical factories, etc.
  • Observe restrictions on the use of radio equipment.

4. Product Overview

4.1. Phone Dimensions and Weight

The SERVO i16 PRO is a mini foldable phone with compact dimensions and a lightweight design, making it easy to carry.

4.2. Key Functions

Familiarize yourself with the phone's keys and their primary functions:

5. Setup

5.1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation

The phone supports two Nano SIM cards and one TF (Micro SD) card for expanded storage.

  1. Locate the SIM/memory card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Use the provided card pin to eject the tray.
  3. Carefully place your Nano SIM cards (SIM1, SIM2) and TF card into their respective slots on the tray.
  4. Insert the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

Note: This product does not contain a SIM card; please purchase one locally. The system will occupy part of the memory; it is recommended to install a memory card before using the phone.

5.2. Battery Charging

The phone is equipped with a 1000mAh high-capacity battery.

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a charger that supports 5V1A output.
  3. For first use, please charge the phone for 3-5 hours. Other power chargers may not charge properly.

5.3. Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the End key until the phone vibrates and the screen lights up.
  • Power Off: Long press the End key until the power off options appear, then select 'Power Off'.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic Operations

6.1.1. Making Calls

Under the standby interface, input a phone number using the number keys and press the Call key to make a call via SIM1 or SIM2. To end or reject an incoming call, press the End key.

6.1.2. Messages (SMS)

Navigate to the 'Message' menu to access options such as: Write message, Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent messages, Templates, and SMS settings. The message capacity depends on the phone's internal storage and external SIM cards. You can check the memory status of SIM cards or the mobile phone.

6.1.3. Contacts

The phone can store up to 500 phone numbers. SIM card contact capacity depends on your network operator.

6.1.4. Call History

In the main menu, you can view Missed, Dialed, Received, and All calls. Options to delete call logs and view call timers are also available.

6.2. Multimedia Functions

6.2.1. Camera

The phone features a rear 0.08MP camera for basic photography. The screen acts as the viewfinder. Pictures are saved in JPG format. If phone memory is insufficient, delete pictures or other files via 'File manager'.

6.2.2. Image Viewer

Select any picture and press the left soft key to perform actions such as View, Send, Use as, Rename, Delete, and view Image Information.

6.2.3. Audio Player

Enter the Audio player. Press the left soft key for options: Play, Add, Remove, Remove all, and Settings.

6.2.4. Video Player

Enter the Video player. Press the left soft key for options: Play, Send, Rename, Delete, and Storage. The phone can play videos and music stored on your phone without network access.

6.2.5. FM Radio

To use the FM Radio, insert earphones first. Options include Channel list, Manual input, Auto search, Settings, Record, and File list.

6.2.6. Sound Recorder

Enter the Sound recorder menu. Press the left soft key for options: New record and List.

6.3. Tools

Access various utility tools from the main menu:

  • Alarm: Set multiple alarms with customizable tones and repeat options.
  • Calendar: View dates and manage events.
  • Bluetooth: Connect to other Bluetooth devices (e.g., headsets).
  • Calculator: Perform basic arithmetic calculations.
  • Torch (LED Flashlight): Long press the middle button to quickly turn on the torch.

6.4. Settings

6.4.1. Phone Settings

Customize various phone behaviors:

  • Time and date: Set current time and date.
  • Language: Select system language (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew).
  • Pref. input method: Choose preferred text input method.
  • Display: Adjust screen brightness, wallpaper, etc.
  • Shortcut: Customize quick access functions.
  • Dedicated keys: Assign functions to specific keys.
  • Flight mode: Disable wireless functions for flight safety.

6.4.2. Profiles

The phone offers several profiles (General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor) that allow you to customize ringtones and notification settings according to your environment. You can customize and activate any profile.

6.4.3. Dual SIM Settings

Manage your dual SIM cards. Options include: Dual SIM open, Only SIM1 open, Only SIM2 open. There is also a Prayer mode.

6.4.4. Call Settings

Configure call-related features:

  • Blacklist: Add phone numbers to the blacklist to avoid unwanted calls and text messages.
  • Answer mode: Configure how calls are answered.

6.4.5. Security Settings

Protect your personal privacy by setting SIM security and Phone security. The default password to restore factory settings is '0000'.

6.4.6. Network Settings

Configure network selection (manual or automatic) when roaming. This function is only available after effective roaming has been established.

6.5. Special Features

  • Speed Dial: Set speed dial contacts (number keys 2-9). Simply press and hold the number keys to quickly dial the phone number, improving call efficiency.

  • Magic Voice: Change your voice to sound like a man, woman, or child. This feature can make your voice chats more interesting and can be used for special occasions.

  • Vibration Function: Activate vibration reminders during meetings or other situations where you need to receive notifications without disturbing others.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Common Issues and Solutions

Q: The phone does not turn on after charging.
A: If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power will also be consumed by itself. If it cannot be turned on, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Please use the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A to charge the mobile phone. Other power chargers may not charge properly.
Q: The phone displays emergency dialing or no signal.
A: This indicates that the SIM card you are using does not support the 2G GSM network. Please ensure your SIM card supports GSM850/900/1800/1900 frequencies.
