ES CPU Information
Note: If your unit is equipped with an ES (Engineering Sample) CPU, its performance may be approximately 10% lower compared to the official retail version. The CPU model may not display correctly in system information (e.g., showing a serial number like 100-000000955 instead of the model name). You can verify the corresponding CPU version model on the official AMD website using the serial number.

6. Connectivity Features
Network (LAN & WiFi)
The Mini PC is equipped with dual Intel i226-V 2.5G LAN ports for high-speed wired network connections, greatly improving network security, performance, and response speed. For wireless connectivity, it features a WiFi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3 dual-function wireless module, ensuring stable and fast connections.

OCuLink and USB4 for External Graphics
The Mini PC supports OCuLink (PCIE Gen4x4) and USB4 (Type-C) for connecting external independent displays and graphics card docking stations. This allows for significant graphics performance improvement, enabling you to enjoy large-scale games and AI model computations.

Important OCuLink Note: The external graphic card is not included. OCuLink does NOT support hot-plugging. Please ensure the power supply is turned OFF before plugging or unplugging any OCuLink devices.

Triple Screen Display
The Mini PC supports triple screen display with 4K high-definition output via HDMI 2.1, DP 2.1, and USB4.0, allowing for high refresh rates and smoother graphics for an enhanced visual experience and improved work efficiency.

7. Memory and Storage Upgrades
The Topton D12 Plus is designed for easy upgrades of RAM and SSD storage.
RAM (Memory)
The Mini PC features two SO-DIMM DDR5 slots, supporting a maximum of 128GB DDR5 memory at 5600MHz. Dual-channel memory can significantly improve performance for multitasking and gaming.

SSD (Storage)
It is equipped with two M.2 2280 NVMe SSD slots, supporting PCIe 4.0 x4 speed and a maximum capacity of 8TB (up to 4TB per slot). This allows for fast reading, large capacity, and smoother multitasking.

To install or upgrade RAM/SSD, carefully open the Mini PC casing. Refer to the internal layout for slot locations. Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from the power source before performing any internal modifications.
8. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Mini PC.
Cooling System
The D12 Plus features a double copper tube and customized air-cooled cooling system with a TDP of 54W, designed for efficient heat dissipation to ensure long-term stable operation of the motherboard, processor, memory, and hard drive.

- Dust Removal: Periodically clean the vents and fan (if accessible) to prevent dust buildup, which can hinder cooling efficiency. Use compressed air for best results.
- Operating Environment: Ensure the Mini PC is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
General Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the Mini PC.
- Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
