Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the player. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for a long period, charge the battery to about 50% every few months.
- Software Updates: Periodically check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and new features.
Troubleshooting
Player Fails to Power On or Charge
Cause: Using a fast charger (exceeding 5V-2A or 30W) can put the player into protection mode, preventing it from powering on or charging.
Solution:
- Charge the player with a standard 5V/1A charger or via a USB cable connected to a computer for at least 20 minutes.
- While still connected to power, press and hold the Volume "+" button and the Power button simultaneously for approximately 10-15 seconds until the screen lights up. This should enter forced recovery mode.
- Use the Volume "-" button to navigate and select "Factory Reset Mode".
- Press the Power button to confirm. The player will restart and return to normal operation.
- For all subsequent charging, always use a 5V/1A charger or a computer's USB port.
Player Cannot Be Powered On After Long-Term Non-Use or Full Battery Drain
Solution: Connect the charger to the device. Do NOT attempt to power it on immediately. Wait until the screen displays the charging indicator and the battery level reaches 5% or above before turning it on. Attempting to power on with insufficient charge may prevent the player from starting.

User Tips
- Optimal Charging: Always use a 5V-1A or 5V-2A charger or a computer's USB port for charging. Avoid fast chargers to prevent potential damage and ensure proper device function.
- File Management: Organize your music files into folders on the TF card for easier navigation through the player's file browser.
- Battery Preservation: For extended battery life during playback, consider using wired headphones and enabling the screen saver function. Bluetooth playback with the screen off will also maximize battery duration.
