1. Product Overview
The ACEMAGIC M5 Mini PC is a compact and powerful desktop replacement, featuring an Intel Core i5-14500HX processor, ample memory, and high-speed storage. It supports triple 4K displays and offers robust connectivity options for various commercial and personal uses.

2. Quick Installation & Setup
2.1 Connecting Peripherals
Follow these steps to quickly set up your Mini PC:
- Connect the Monitor: Connect your monitor to the Mini PC via an HDMI cable. The Mini PC supports HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4b, and USB-C for display output.
- Connect Power: Connect the original power adapter to the DC IN port on the Mini PC and then plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect Keyboard and Mouse: Connect your USB keyboard and mouse (self-provided) to the available USB ports on the Mini PC.
- Connect to Internet: You can connect to the internet via an Ethernet network cable or Wi-Fi.

2.2 First-Time System Boot
When you start your Mini PC for the first time, you will be guided through the Windows operating system configuration:
- Press the PC's power button. Wait a few minutes until the installation interface appears.
- Step 1: Select your preferred language/country (region).
- Step 2: Select the input method and confirm.
- Step 3: Select the second input method (this step can usually be skipped).
- Step 4: Networking: After selecting Wi-Fi, enter the password to connect. Alternatively, plug in an Ethernet cable for connection.
Note: Networking will automatically update the system, which can prolong the startup time. Skipping network connections during initial setup is strongly recommended.
- Step 5: Accept the License Agreement.
- Step 6: Set your User Name and Password. Once the installation process is complete, the desktop will appear.
2.3 VESA Bracket Installation
Some models support VESA mounts for attaching the Mini PC to the back of a monitor or a wall. Please refer to the actual product for compatibility.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Connecting to Wi-Fi
To connect your Mini PC to a Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
- Select the Wi-Fi icon from the taskbar.
- Click the Wi-Fi icon to turn on Wi-Fi.
- Select an access point from the list of available Wi-Fi connections.
- Select "Connect" to establish the network connection.
Note: You may be prompted to enter a security key to activate a Wi-Fi connection.

3.2 BIOS Settings
The BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) is the first software loaded when the Mini PC starts.
- To enter BIOS: Click "Del" or "ESC" key during startup.
- Under normal circumstances, the default BIOS settings ensure optimum performance. Do not change default BIOS settings unless you have installed new system components that require further BIOS settings or updates.
- Warning: Inappropriate BIOS settings may cause instability or startup failure. We strongly recommend that you only change BIOS settings with the help of technical service personnel.
4. Maintenance & Precautions
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ACEMAGIC M5 Mini PC, please observe the following precautions:
- Be cautious when performing operations that may result in file damage or loss.
- Protect the device from viruses and use antivirus software. If the Mini PC will not be used for a long period, turn it off and disconnect the power supply.
- Avoid turning the device on and off frequently within short periods. Ensure a minimum interval of 10 seconds between reboots (preferably not less than 60 seconds).
- Keep the device away from moisture and maintain a clean environment. If there is dust, use a dry, soft cloth to clean it.
- Avoid direct exposure to strong light and keep the device away from strong magnetic fields.
- Do not spill liquids such as water or food on the device. Do not pull data or power cables forcefully.

5. Troubleshooting & User Tips
5.1 Common Issues
- Mini PC Unresponsive: If your Mini PC does not respond, press and hold the power button for at least 4-6 seconds until it turns off.
- Slow Startup after Networking: During the initial Windows setup, if you connect to the internet, the system may perform automatic updates, prolonging the startup time. It is strongly recommended to skip network connections during the first boot.
5.2 User Tips
- Wi-Fi Setup: Remember that Wi-Fi needs to be configured after the initial power-on and system setup.
- BIOS Modifications: Only change BIOS settings if absolutely necessary and preferably with guidance from technical support to avoid system instability.
- Expandable Storage: The dual M.2 slots allow for significant storage expansion up to 4TB, which is beneficial for users with large data requirements.
- Triple Display Setup: Utilize the HDMI, DP, and USB-C ports to connect up to three 4K monitors for enhanced productivity.
