The RAYKUBE FPT1 is a Tuya BLE Smart Wireless Fingerprint Password Digital Keypad Lock designed to enhance the functionality of your RAYKUBE A1 Pro or A1 Ultra smart lock. This keypad provides convenient access through fingerprint recognition and password entry, offering a secure and easy-to-use solution for your home or office. Please note that the FPT1 keypad operates as an accessory and requires a compatible RAYKUBE A1 Pro/A1 Ultra series smart lock to function.
Important: FPT1 must be paired with A1 Pro/ A1 Pro Max/ A1 Ultra series smart lock in RAYKUBE Brand; it cannot work independently.

2. Setup
2.1. Unboxing and Package Contents
The FPT1 keypad comes with essential components for installation and operation. Please verify that all items are present in your package:

2.2. Battery Installation
The FPT1 keypad is powered by two AA batteries. Batteries are not included in the package.

- Use the provided Allen key or a small screwdriver to gently pry open the battery cover on the back of the keypad.
- Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals match the markings).
- Close the battery cover securely.
2.3. Pairing with Tuya Smart Life App
The FPT1 keypad must be paired with your RAYKUBE A1 Pro/A1 Ultra smart lock via the Tuya Smart Life app. This video demonstrates the pairing process:

- Ensure your A1 Pro/A1 Ultra smart lock is already set up and connected to the Tuya Smart Life app.
- Light up the FPT1 keypad by touching its surface.
- Open the Tuya Smart Life app on your smartphone.
- On the app's homepage, click 'Add Device' (usually a '+' icon in the upper right corner).
- The app will search for nearby devices. Select 'PT1 Ultra' (or similar name for your A1 lock) to connect.
- Once connected, navigate to the A1 Pro/A1 Ultra smart lock page within the app.
- Click 'Accessory Management' to add the FPT1 keypad as an accessory.
- Select the connected keypad from the list and initiate the binding process.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the binding.

3. Operating
3.1. Password Unlock
The FPT1 keypad supports password unlocking. You can set various types of passwords via the Tuya app.

- Setting a Password: In the Tuya app, go to the FPT1 keypad interface. Select 'Password' under 'Unlock Method'. Click the '+' icon to add a new password. You can choose between permanent, one-time, or dynamic codes. Enter a 6-10 digit password and save it. The keypad supports up to 50 sets of passwords, with a maximum of 15 digits per password.
- Unlocking with Password: To unlock, simply enter your registered password on the keypad. The lock will disengage if the password is correct.
3.2. Fingerprint Unlock
The FPT1 keypad utilizes bio-semiconductor recognition technology for fingerprint unlocking, offering fast and secure access.

- Adding a Fingerprint: In the Tuya app, go to the FPT1 keypad interface. Select 'The fingerprint' under 'Unlock Method'. Click the '+' icon to add a new fingerprint. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your finger on the fingerprint identification area multiple times until the collection is successful. The keypad can store up to 50 unique fingerprints.
- Unlocking with Fingerprint: To unlock, place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will disengage upon successful recognition.
3.3. Locking
To lock the door using the keypad:
- Long-press the '0' button on the keypad. The first click lights up the keypad, and the second long press activates the lock mechanism.
4. Maintenance
4.1. Battery Replacement
When the battery level is low (indicated by a 20% low battery alert, as shown in the app or on the keypad), replace the two AA batteries. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the 'Setup' section.
4.2. Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, regularly wipe the keypad surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
5. Troubleshooting
- Keypad not responding: Check battery level. Replace batteries if low.
- Unable to connect to app: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the keypad is lit up. Try restarting the app and the keypad.
- Fingerprint not recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint if issues persist.
- Password not working: Double-check the entered password. Ensure the password is still valid (e.g., not a one-time code that has expired).
- Lock not engaging/disengaging: Ensure the FPT1 is properly paired with your A1 Pro/Ultra smart lock. Check the smart lock's status in the Tuya app.
