Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the Type-C power cable is securely connected to both the receiver and a working power source. Check if the power button is pressed.
- No Sound Output:
- Verify that the audio cables (AUX or RCA) are correctly connected between the receiver and your speakers/amplifier. Check the volume levels on both the receiver and your audio system. Ensure the correct input source is selected on your amplifier/speakers.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Make sure the M6R is powered on and within the 10-30 meter transmission range. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your mobile device. Forget the "M6R" device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
- USB Playback Not Working:
- Check if the USB flash drive is inserted correctly. Ensure the audio files on the USB drive are in a supported format (MP3, WAV, WMA, FLAC, etc.). Try a different USB drive to rule out drive issues.
- Microphone Not Responding:
- Ensure the microphone is securely plugged into the 6.5mm MIC port. Check the microphone's power (if it's a powered microphone). Adjust the MIC volume using the remote control.
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Check the battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the receiver's IR sensor. Point the remote directly at the receiver.
User Tips
- For optimal sound quality, ensure your audio cables are of good quality and securely connected.
- When using the microphone, experiment with the ECH+/- settings on the remote to find your preferred echo effect.
- To maximize the wireless transmission range, ensure the 2.4G antenna is upright and there are no major physical obstructions between the receiver and your Bluetooth device.
- If experiencing any audio distortion, try reducing the volume on both the source device and the M6R receiver, then gradually increase it.
