Important Notes:

  • Avoid using the product in high temperature and humid environments to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • For extended storage, maintain the battery level at 60% or higher to safeguard battery health.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself. Unauthorized self-repair will void the warranty. Contact the distributor for factory repairs.
  • The AC output features a sleep function. To deactivate AC sleep mode, press the AC button three times until the AC indicator icon flashes, entering continuous output mode.

5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Charging the Power Station

Your AP2000 Power Station can be charged using mains power, solar panels, or a car charger.

Charging with Mains Power:

  1. Plug the AC power cord into a standard wall socket.
  2. Insert the other end of the AC power cord into the machine's AC input port.

Note: The power station features a BMS charging protection system. It will automatically stop charging when fully charged. Disconnect the power promptly after full charge to prevent unforeseen situations.

Multiple Charging Methods

Charging with Solar Panels:

  1. Unfold the solar panel and position it in direct sunlight for maximum efficiency.
  2. Connect the solar charging cable (MC4 to XT60 input) from the solar panel to the XT60 input interface on the front of the power station.

Note: Solar panel output is influenced by sunlight intensity and obstructions. This may affect charging efficiency and remaining time calculations.

Charging with Car Charger:

  1. Start your vehicle.
  2. Insert the car charger cable into the car's cigarette lighter socket.
  3. Insert the XT60 power cable plug into the XT60 input interface on the front of the power station.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off the Main Unit

  1. Power On: Short press the main Power button (1) for 1.5 seconds.
  2. Power Off: Long press the main Power button (1) for 3 seconds to shut down the entire power system.

6.2 AC Output Control

  1. Turn On/Off AC: Short press the AC button (3) for 1.5 seconds.
  2. Continuous AC Output Mode: If you need to deactivate the AC sleep mode (automatic shutdown after light load for 30 minutes), press the AC button (3) three times. The AC indicator icon will flash, indicating continuous output mode.

6.3 USB Output Control

  1. Turn On/Off USB: Short press the USB button (2) for 1.5 seconds.
  2. Activate USB/Type-C: Single click the USB button (2) to activate. The Type-C and USB icons on the LCD display will light up simultaneously for output.

6.4 DC Output Control

  1. Turn On/Off DC: Short press the DC button (9) for 1.5 seconds.
  2. Activate DC: Single click the DC button (9) to activate. The DC icons on the LCD display will light up for output.

6.5 LED Light Operation

  1. Turn On (Low Brightness): Long press the LED switch button.
  2. High Brightness Mode: In steady (low brightness) mode, press once to switch to high brightness.
  3. SOS Mode: In high brightness mode, press once to switch to SOS mode.
  4. Strobe Mode: In SOS mode, press once to switch to strobe mode.
  5. Turn Off: Press the LED switch button again from strobe mode, or long press from any mode.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your AP2000 Power Station, refer to the following fault codes and troubleshooting steps. If the output is suddenly interrupted, first check if peripheral electrical devices have excessive power consumption or a short circuit, then restart the machine.

8. Maintenance

  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, ensure the battery level is maintained at 60% or higher. Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power station. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep vents clear of dust and debris to ensure proper airflow.
  • Environmental Conditions: Avoid exposing the unit to high temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments.
  • Battery Health: Regularly check the battery level and recharge as needed, especially if storing for long durations, to prevent deep discharge.

10. Warranty and Support

This product provides warranty services for a specified period from the date of customer purchase. Please retain your warranty card and proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • Product quality issues that occur under normal use.
  • Damage caused by operational errors is not covered.
  • Warranty is not provided after self-disassembly.
  • Machines with torn labels will not be covered under warranty.
