Setup and Assembly
The bigzzia Gaming Chair requires assembly. Please follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Check against the package contents list to ensure everything is present.

- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base. Ensure it is seated securely.
- Assemble Seat Mechanism: Attach the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests: Secure the linkage armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws.

- Place Assembled Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, aligning the center hole of the seat mechanism with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.
- Attach Headrest and Lumbar Pillow: Position the headrest and lumbar pillow as desired. These are adjustable and removable for personalized support.

Operating Instructions
Your bigzzia Gaming Chair offers several adjustable features for optimal comfort and support.
- Seat Height Adjustment:
To raise the seat, lift the lever located under the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated.

The backrest can be reclined and locked at angles between 90° (work mode) and 155° (rest mode). Pull the lever on the left side of the seat to adjust the recline. Release the lever to lock the backrest in your desired position.

The chair features a 360-degree swivel for easy movement and access to your surroundings without needing to move the entire chair.
- Linkage Armrests:

Maintenance
- Cleaning:
Wipe the faux leather surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material.
- Hardware Check:
Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
- Caster Care:
Keep the caster wheels clean from dust and debris to ensure smooth rolling and prevent floor damage. If wheels become stiff, clean them and apply a silicone-based lubricant if needed.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight:
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the faux leather to fade or crack. Position the chair away from direct sunlight or use blinds/curtains.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Chair wobbles or feels unstable.
Solution: Check all assembly screws and bolts. Ensure they are fully tightened. Make sure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
- Problem: Seat height adjustment is not working.
Solution: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If raising, take your weight off the chair. If lowering, apply weight to the seat while lifting the lever. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may be faulty and require replacement.
- Problem: Backrest does not recline or lock.
Solution: Check the recline lever on the left side of the seat. Ensure it is functioning correctly and not obstructed. If the mechanism is stuck, try gently rocking the backrest while operating the lever.
- Problem: Caster wheels are not rolling smoothly.
Solution: Inspect the wheels for hair, dust, or debris. Clean them thoroughly. If necessary, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the wheel axles.
