2. Important Safety Warnings
To ensure safe operation and prevent injury or damage, please read and adhere to the following safety guidelines:
- Medical Implants: Do NOT use if you have a pacemaker or other bio-electronic implants. Maintain at least 12 inches distance from the heating coil.
- Flammable Materials: Do NOT use near flammable, explosive, or high-temperature materials.
- Overheating: Watch for overheating. The device has an overheat protection that activates after approximately 2 minutes of continuous use. Allow the machine to cool for at least 30 seconds before resuming operation.
- Hot Surfaces: Do NOT touch heated metal objects with bare hands. Always wear appropriate protective gloves.
- Ventilation: Use only in a well-ventilated area.
- Moisture: Do NOT immerse the device in water or use it in high humidity environments.
- Coils: Use ONLY with the supplied coils. Do NOT modify the coils.
- Power Cord: Use ONLY with the supplied power cord. Do NOT use if the cord is damaged.
- Environmental Conditions: Avoid use near strong magnetic fields, high voltage, high pressure, high vibration, high radiation, high noise, high dust, high corrosion, high impact, high shock, high static electricity, high frequency, high power, or high current.

5. Setup
Follow these steps to prepare your induction heater for use:
- Select Coil: Choose the appropriate induction coil for the metal part you intend to heat. Ensure the coil fits snugly around the part.
- Insert Coil: Insert the chosen coil downwards into the Coil Mounting Position on the front of the heater unit.
- Secure Coil: Rotate the Twist-Lock mechanism. Unlock by rotating to the left, insert the coil, then lock by rotating to the right to secure the coil firmly in place.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a compatible 240V AC 50/60Hz power outlet.

6. Operating Instructions
Once the unit is set up and powered, follow these steps to operate the induction heater:
- Position Coil: Place the induction coil around the metal part you wish to heat. Ensure the coil is in direct contact or very close proximity to the metal.
- Activate Heating: Press the Power Switch to activate the high-frequency induction heating. The Indicator Light will illuminate.
- Monitor Heating: The tool will heat the metal part rapidly, reaching up to 800 ℃ within 5 to 40 seconds depending on the size and type of metal. Observe the part for the desired heating effect (e.g., glowing red for rusted bolts).
- Overheat Protection: The device is equipped with an overheat protection feature. If used continuously for approximately 2 minutes, it will automatically stop heating. If this occurs, release the Power Switch and allow the unit to cool for at least 30 seconds before resuming.
- Deactivate Heating: Once the desired heating is achieved, release the Power Switch to stop the heating process.
- Remove Tool: Carefully remove the induction heater from the heated part. Remember that the metal part will be extremely hot.
The induction heating process is flameless and does not require water cooling, making it a safer alternative to traditional heating methods like angle grinders, which can produce sparks and pose a fire hazard.

7. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your induction heater:
- Cleaning: Ensure the device is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in liquids.
- Coil Care: Inspect coils regularly for damage. Replace any damaged coils immediately. The coils are resistant to temperatures up to 800℃ and are designed for approximately 100 uses or more, depending on application.
- Storage: Store the induction heater and coils in a dry, clean, and safe place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device stops heating during operation. | Overheat protection activated. | Release the Power Switch and allow the unit to cool for at least 30 seconds before resuming use. |
| No heating when power switch is pressed. | No power, loose coil, or damaged unit/cord. | Check power connection. Ensure coil is securely inserted and locked. Inspect power cord for damage. If issues persist, contact customer support. |
| Coil does not fit around the part. | Incorrect coil size selected. | Select a different coil from the provided set that is appropriate for the size of the metal part. |

10. User Tips
- Always ensure the work area is clear of any flammable materials before operating the heater.
- For heavily rusted or seized parts, apply heat in short bursts and allow the part to cool slightly before reapplying, which can help break the rust bond more effectively.
- Experiment with different coil sizes to find the most efficient heating for various applications. The flexible coils are particularly useful for irregularly shaped components.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including heat-resistant gloves and eye protection, at all times during operation.
