1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Zelotes F13 Ergonomic Gaming Mouse. This high-performance mouse is designed for gamers and professionals, offering versatile connectivity options (wired, 2.4G wireless, and Bluetooth), a high-precision optical sensor, and a customizable 13-button layout. Its ergonomic design ensures comfort during extended use, while advanced features like a 4K polling rate and a rechargeable battery enhance your experience.

3. Setup and Connection

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the mouse to a USB port on your computer using the provided charging cable. The four indicator lights will illuminate in sequence during charging and turn off upon full charge.

3.2 Power Switch and Mini Receiver

Locate the power switch and the mini receiver slot on the bottom of the mouse.

  1. Ensure the power switch at the bottom of the mouse is set to "on" or the 💡 position.
  2. Remove the mini receiver from its storage slot.

3.3 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Insert the mini receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. The mouse should automatically connect. The indicator light will show red for 2.4G mode.

3.4 Bluetooth Wireless Connection

  1. Ensure the mouse is powered on.
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button (Button 13, typically on the side) for over 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  3. On your computer, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  4. Select "Zelotes F13" (or similar) from the list of available devices to pair.
  5. Keep the mouse within 30cm of the receiver during pairing.
  6. The indicator light will show blue for Bluetooth mode.

3.5 Wired Connection

Connect the mouse directly to your computer using a USB cable. The mouse will function as a wired mouse and charge simultaneously.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Button Layout and Functions

The Zelotes F13 mouse features 13 buttons. All buttons except Button 13 (Bluetooth Button) support customization through the ZELOTES driver software.

4.2 DPI Adjustment

The mouse supports five DPI levels. Use the DPI+ (Button ⑩) and DPI- (Button ⑪) buttons to cycle through the available DPI settings. Each level change illuminates one light, with all four lights illuminated at level 5 (the highest DPI setting).

4.3 Device/Mode Switching

The mouse can be connected to up to two paired devices (one via Bluetooth and one via the 2.4GHz receiver).

  • Device Switching: Briefly press the Bluetooth button (Button ⑬) to switch between connected devices.
  • Bluetooth and 2.4G Indicator: Press the Bluetooth button briefly to identify the current mode. Red light indicates 2.4G mode, and blue light indicates Bluetooth mode.

4.4 Charging Indicator and Low Battery Warning

  • Charging Indicator: During charging, the four indicator lights illuminate in sequence and turn off upon full charge.
  • Low Battery Warning: When the battery level drops to 20%, the mouse flashes a red light quickly, signaling the need for charging.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the device.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the low battery warning appears. If storing for a long period, charge it to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
  • Footpad Protection: The Teflon footpads come with a protective film. Please remove this film before use for optimal gliding performance.

6. Troubleshooting

If your mouse is not working as expected, please follow these steps:

  1. Charge the mouse: Connect the mouse using a USB cable to ensure it has sufficient power.
  2. Try a different USB port: If using the 2.4G receiver, try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer.
  3. Check power switch: Ensure the power switch at the bottom of the mouse is set to "on" or the 💡 position.
  4. Restart your computer: A simple restart can often resolve connectivity issues.
  5. Re-pair in 2.4G mode: If using 2.4G, ensure the receiver is plugged in and the mouse is in 2.4G mode (red indicator).
  6. Re-pair in Bluetooth mode: In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the Bluetooth button (Button 13) for over 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode, then re-connect from your computer's Bluetooth settings. Keep the mouse within 30cm of the receiver during pairing.
