Troubleshooting
1. The camera cannot be turned on after installing the battery.
- The battery power is insufficient. Replace the battery with a new one or charge the existing battery.
- The battery is installed in reverse. Confirm that the battery is installed in the correct way.
- The battery insulating paper has not been removed. Remove any protective film or paper from the battery terminals.
2. The battery is not charging.
- If the red charging indicator light flashes, the battery is not in place or the contact is poor. Re-install the battery until the indicator light is solid red (it will turn off when fully charged).
- If the charging indicator light is off and the charger is not plugged in properly, check whether the charger is connected normally.
- The ambient temperature is lower than 10°C, which may lead to slow charging or failure to charge.
3. Camera crashes.
- Quickly pressing multiple buttons may cause the camera to freeze. If it crashes, unplug the battery and reboot the camera.
- Tip: When the camera is recording or taking pictures, avoid rapidly pressing buttons. Under normal circumstances, the camera will display a waiting icon during processing.
4. The memory card cannot be recognized.
- Check whether the memory card complies with TF card (Class 10) specifications. The maximum supported capacity is 256GB.
- Check whether the memory card is inserted backwards.
- If the memory card is being used for the first time, it is recommended to format it first (refer to the "Formatting the Memory Card" section).
Additional Notes:
- Do not insert any object into the memory card slot except the memory card itself.
- After the camera is powered on, the image may appear unstable for a few seconds; this is normal and not a fault.
- Due to the optical properties of the lens, there may be slight color dispersion (chromatic aberration) at the edges of the image. This is not a camera fault.
- It is normal for the memory card and the camera screen to get warm after a long period of use.

User Tips
Based on general user feedback for similar devices, here are some tips to enhance your experience:
- Battery Life: Always carry a spare charged battery, especially for extended shooting sessions, as the 70-minute recording time might be limiting for some users.
- Memory Card: Invest in a high-quality, high-speed (U3 or V30 rated) MicroSD card to ensure smooth 5K video recording and fast photo saving.
- Webcam Use: When using the camera as a webcam, remember that only the digital zoom function is available directly on the camera. All other settings should be managed via your computer's software.
- Lighting: While the camera has a built-in fill light, for professional-looking vlogs or videos, consider using external lighting for optimal results, especially in low-light conditions.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and bug fixes.
