2. Setup and Initial Adjustment
Before using your OLEVS 2942 watch, please familiarize yourself with its controls and adjustment methods.

2.2 Setting Time, Date, and Moon Phase

- First Gear (Date/Calendar Adjustment): Gently pull the crown out to the first click. Rotate the crown to adjust the calendar (date).
- Second Gear (Time and Moon Phase Adjustment): Pull the crown out to the second click. Rotate the crown to set the main time. Continue rotating to adjust the moon phase dial to the correct phase. Push the crown back in completely to secure the settings.
2.3 Second Time Zone Adjustment

The second time zone dial allows you to display the time of another region simultaneously.
Adjustment Method:
- Pull out the adjusting handle (crown) to the second gear (time setting position).
- Press and hold down the top pusher button (labeled ① in some diagrams) until the second time zone subdial rotates.
- The subdial hand will rotate to the corresponding time. Release the button when the desired time is reached.
- Push the adjusting handle (crown) back in completely.
- The display of time between two places is now complete.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Timekeeping
Once the time is set, your OLEVS 2942 watch will accurately keep time using its original quartz movement.

3.2 Chronograph Function
The chronograph allows you to measure elapsed time.
- Start: Press the top pusher button (Start/Pause Timing) to begin timing.
- Pause: Press the top pusher button again to pause the timing.

3.3 Luminous Feature
The watch hands and markers are coated with a luminous material for enhanced visibility in dark conditions. Exposure to light will charge the luminous elements.

4. Maintenance and Care
4.1 Water Resistance
Your OLEVS 2942 watch is water-resistant to 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it is suitable for daily use, splash/rain resistant, but NOT suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, or water-related work.

Important: Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance.
4.2 Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For the textured tape strap, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by thorough drying.
4.3 Battery Replacement
As a quartz watch, the OLEVS 2942 is powered by a battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically (indicating a low battery), it's time for a battery replacement. We recommend having this done by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
4.4 Storage
When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields.
5. Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to Section 2.2 to re-adjust the time and date.
- Chronograph not resetting to zero: This may indicate a need for calibration or service. Try resetting the chronograph multiple times. If the issue persists, professional service may be required.
- Condensation under crystal: If you notice condensation, this indicates a breach in water resistance. Avoid further contact with water and seek professional service immediately to prevent damage to the movement.
