This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your HiBREW H3B 3-in-1 Multiple Capsule Coffee Maker. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

Safety Precautions
- Always ensure the machine is unplugged before cleaning or maintenance.
- Do not immerse the machine in water or other liquids.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only with the specified voltage (AC 220V-240V, 50/60Hz).
- Do not operate the machine if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Ensure the water tank is properly seated before brewing.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Placement: Place the coffee maker on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the machine.
- Water Tank Installation:

Remove the 850ml detachable water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, clean water up to the 'max' line. Replace the water tank securely onto the machine.

- Initial Rinse: Before first use, perform a rinse cycle without any coffee.
- Plug in the machine.
- Place a large cup under the dispenser.
- Press any brew button to run water through the system. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
Operating Instructions
1. Choosing Your Coffee Type
The HiBREW H3B supports three types of coffee preparation:
- Nespresso Capsules: Insert the Nespresso capsule into the designated adapter.
- Dolce Gusto Capsules: Insert the Dolce Gusto capsule into its specific adapter.
- Ground Coffee: Fill the ground coffee adapter with your preferred coffee powder.

The machine features Magnetic Capsule Detection Technology to automatically adjust for optimal extraction based on the inserted capsule type.
2. Selecting Cup Volume
The machine offers three preset cup volumes:
- Small Cup: Approximately 40ml
- Large Cup: Approximately 110ml
- Americano: Approximately 250ml

3. Customizing Cup Volume (Memory Function)
To set a custom cup volume:
- Press and hold either the small cup or large cup button.
- The machine will start dispensing coffee.
- Once the desired volume is reached, press the stop button (the same button you pressed to start).
- The machine will remember this amount for future use with that specific button.
Maximum brewing time is approximately 300 seconds.

4. Adjusting Temperature Settings
The machine has 7 temperature levels. The default setting after plugging in is Level 3.
- To Increase Temperature: Long press the Americano button (rightmost button) for 3 seconds. Repeat for subsequent levels.
- To Decrease Temperature: Press and hold the small cup button (leftmost button) for 3 seconds. Repeat for preceding levels.

5. Brewing Coffee
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is plugged in.
- Insert your chosen capsule or ground coffee adapter.
- Place your cup on the adjustable drip tray. The drip tray can be adjusted to accommodate cups up to 12cm in height.

- Select your desired cup volume by pressing the corresponding button (Small, Large, or Americano).
- The machine will begin brewing.
- Once brewing is complete, remove your cup.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Water Tank
The 850ml water tank is detachable for easy cleaning. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
2. Cleaning the Drip Tray
The drip tray is detachable and designed to easily handle spills. Remove it and clean with soap and water. Ensure it is dry before reattaching.

3. Cleaning Capsule Adapters
After each use, remove and rinse the capsule or ground coffee adapter to prevent residue buildup.
4. Descaling
Regular descaling is recommended to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your coffee maker. Follow the instructions provided with your descaling solution. Generally, this involves running a descaling solution through the machine's water system.
5. Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting

Resetting to Default Settings
If you experience issues with custom settings or erratic behavior, you can reset the machine to its default settings:
- When the machine is in standby mode, press the small cup button and the Americano button simultaneously.
- Hold until both buttons flash three times.
- The machine will then return to its default settings (e.g., temperature level 3).

User Tips
- For best results, use filtered water to prevent mineral buildup and improve coffee taste.
- Pre-heat your cup by running a short hot water cycle without coffee before brewing.
- Experiment with different capsule brands and ground coffee types to find your preferred flavor profile.
- Regularly check the water tank level, especially before brewing multiple cups.
- If using ground coffee, ensure it is finely ground for espresso-style extraction.
