4.2 Memory Card Installation and Formatting
- Insert a TF (Micro SD) card (Class 10, up to 128GB recommended) into the designated slot on the DVR.

4.3 Mounting the Dash Cam
- Clean the area on your windshield where you intend to mount the dash cam.
- Press the suction cup of the dash cam firmly onto the windshield. Ensure the suction cup is in a flat position for secure attachment.
- Adjust the angle of the main unit to capture the desired front, left, and right views.

- Power On/Off: The device automatically powers on with vehicle ignition and powers off when the ignition is off. You can also manually power it on/off using the power button.
- Recording: Once powered on and a formatted memory card is inserted, the DVR will automatically start continuous loop recording.
- Display: The built-in IPS screen displays real-time footage from the cameras. Use the menu buttons to switch between camera views if available.

- G-Sensor: In the event of a sudden impact or emergency braking, the G-sensor will trigger, automatically locking the current video segment to prevent it from being overwritten.
- Parking Monitor: When enabled and the device is continuously powered (e.g., via a hardwire kit, not included), the dash cam will automatically start recording if it detects a collision or motion while parked.
- Night Vision: The 8 IR lights and WDR function automatically enhance video quality in low-light conditions, providing clear night recordings.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
- Memory Card: Periodically format the memory card (every 1-2 months) on the DVR to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Replace the memory card if you notice frequent errors or recording issues.
- Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected. Loose connections can lead to intermittent power or recording failures.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, as this can affect its lifespan and performance. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +80°C.
7. Troubleshooting
- Q: The DVR is not powering on.
- A: Check if the car charger is properly plugged into the vehicle's 12V outlet and the Type-C port on the DVR. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on. Test the charger with another device if possible.
- Q: The rear camera is not visible on the screen.
- A: Ensure the rear camera cable is securely connected to both the rear camera and the AV-In port on the main DVR unit. Check the DVR's menu settings to confirm the rear camera input is enabled or selected for display.
- Q: The DVR stops recording or shows a memory card error.
- A: Ensure you are using a Class 10 TF card (up to 128GB). Format the memory card on the DVR itself (not on a computer). If the issue persists, try a different memory card.
- Q: I cannot connect to the internet using the dash cam's WiFi.
- A: The built-in WiFi is exclusively for connecting to the dedicated mobile application for viewing and downloading footage. It does not provide internet access for browsing or streaming.
- Q: The video quality is poor at night.
- A: Ensure the camera lenses are clean. The device features 8 IR lights and WDR for night vision; ensure these functions are enabled in the settings if applicable. Avoid placing the dash cam directly behind objects that might obstruct the IR lights.
8. User Tips
- Memory Card Formatting: Always format your new memory card directly on the DVR before first use, and periodically thereafter, to ensure optimal performance and prevent recording issues.
- WiFi Functionality: Remember that the dash cam's WiFi is solely for connecting to its companion app for file management and live viewing, not for general internet access.
- Cable Management: Route all cables carefully to avoid obstructing your view or interfering with vehicle controls. Use cable clips to secure them.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check the dash cam's display to ensure it is recording correctly and that all cameras are functioning as expected.
