Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- No image on screen / App not connecting:
- Ensure the borescope is powered on and correctly connected to your smartphone via the USB cable. Verify that the "Finder borescope" app is open and has the necessary permissions. Try restarting both the borescope and the app.
- Poor image quality:
- Adjust the brightness of the LED lights using the controls on the handle. Clean the camera lens if it appears dirty. Ensure the inspection area is adequately lit by the borescope's LEDs. Check if the camera is focused correctly within the app.
- Device shuts down automatically:
- This is likely due to the high-temperature protection feature. The device will shut down if the probe temperature exceeds 95°C. Allow the device to cool down before attempting to use it again. Avoid prolonged use in extremely hot environments.
- Probe articulation not working:
- Ensure the joystick is not obstructed and moves freely. Check for any physical damage to the probe or articulation mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
