3. Setup and Connection
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the controller using the provided charging cable. Connect the cable to the controller's charging port and a USB power source. The charging time is approximately 2-3 hours.
3.2 Connecting to Nintendo Switch (NS Layout)
Follow these steps for the first-time connection to your Nintendo Switch console:
- On your Switch console, navigate to: Home > Controllers > Change Grip/Order.
- Remove both original Switch controllers (Joy-Cons) from the console simultaneously.
- Long press the circular pairing button on the top of the IINE controller until the indicator light flashes rapidly, then release.
- Once paired, the controller will be recognized by the Switch.
Note: Pairing is only required for the initial connection. Afterwards, simply press and hold the Home button (house-shaped) on the controller to wake up/reconnect to the console and enable the Switch wake-up function.
