2. Setup
2.1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
The SERVO S26 supports two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF (MicroSD) memory card for expanded storage. Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Use the provided card removal pin to gently eject the tray.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as shown in the diagram.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

2.2. Initial Power On and Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your phone. If the phone has not been used for a long time, the battery may be completely drained. In this case, charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours initially.
- Connect the provided Type-C cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 5V1A charger (not included).
- Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.

2.3. Facial Recognition Setup
The SERVO S26 features facial recognition for convenient and secure unlocking.
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone.
- Navigate to 'Security & Location' or 'Biometrics & password'.
- Select 'Face Unlock' and follow the on-screen prompts to register your face. Ensure good lighting and hold the phone at eye level during setup.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Basic Navigation
The SERVO S26 features a 3.0-inch HD touchscreen for intuitive navigation.
- Tap: To select an item or open an app.

- Messaging App: Tap the 'Messaging' icon, start a new conversation, enter the recipient's number and your message.
3.3. Apps and Connectivity
The phone runs on Android 9.0, providing access to a wide range of applications via the Play Store.
- Wi-Fi: Go to 'Settings' > 'Network & Internet' > 'Wi-Fi' to connect to available networks. The phone supports Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality.
- Bluetooth: Go to 'Settings' > 'Connected devices' > 'Bluetooth' to pair with Bluetooth devices (e.g., headphones, speakers). The phone supports Bluetooth 4.0.

5.2. Network Connectivity Issues
Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted and activated. Check your network settings. Please note that due to network frequency band limitations, this mobile phone may not function normally in certain countries, including Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, and Australia. Verify network compatibility before travel or purchase.
5.3. Slow Performance
