This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your KOPUO 9-in-1 Car Jump Starter. This versatile device combines a powerful jump starter, a 150PSI air compressor, a portable power bank, and an emergency LED flashlight, designed to assist you in various automotive and outdoor situations. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation and keep it for future reference.
Safety Information
WARNING: Improper use can lead to serious injury or damage to the device and vehicle.
Always ensure the correct use of the positive and negative terminals: red is the positive terminal (+) and black is the negative terminal (-). Incorrect use of the terminals may result in a short circuit, causing the product's battery to swell, overheat, or emit smoke. It is imperative to use the positive and negative terminals correctly.
After the product is used, please separate (unplug) the cable from the device, ensuring that the positive and negative poles do not collide.
The device offers 8 safety protections: reverse charge, short circuit, over temperature, over charge, over current, over discharge, reverse connection, and reverse polarity. While these protections are in place, always exercise caution.
Do not expose the device to rain or moisture.
Do not disassemble the device. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
Keep out of reach of children.

Setup
- Charge the Jump Starter: Before first use, fully charge the jump starter using the provided USB-C charging cable and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the charging progress.
- Prepare Jumper Cables: Ensure the smart clip connector (jumper cables) are clean and free from damage.
- Prepare Air Hose and Nozzles: Select the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you intend to inflate.
Operating Instructions
1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
- Connect the smart clip connector to the jump starter's designated port.
- Connect the red (+) clamp to the car battery's positive terminal.
- Connect the black (-) clamp to the car battery's negative terminal.
- Observe the indicator light on the smart clip connector. If the green light stays on, proceed to the next step. If the red light stays on with buzzing, please ensure the port is correct and connections are secure.
- Start the vehicle's engine within 30 seconds.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps from the battery terminals, then disconnect the smart clip connector from the jump starter.

2. Using the Air Compressor
- Connect the air hose to the jump starter's air outlet.
- Attach the appropriate nozzle to the item to be inflated (e.g., car tire, bicycle tire, basketball).
- Turn on the jump starter. Use the control buttons to set the desired pressure (PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm²). The LED screen will display both real-time and preset values.
- Start the inflation process. The device will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.

3. Using as a Portable Power Bank
- Connect your USB-powered device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the USB output port on the jump starter using a compatible USB charging cable.
- The jump starter will begin charging your device. The digital indicator on the jump starter will show its remaining battery level.

4. Using the LED Flashlight
- Long press the power button to activate the strong light mode.
- Short press the power button again to cycle through SOS mode.
- Short press the power button a third time for the strobe (flash alternatively) mode.
- Long press the power button to turn off the flashlight.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the device clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the jump starter in its provided storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Charging: To maintain optimal battery health, charge the jump starter fully every 3-6 months, even if not in use.
- Cable Care: Inspect jumper cables and air hose for any signs of wear or damage before each use.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on or charging:
- Ensure the device is adequately charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable and check the digital display for battery percentage.
- Vehicle not starting after jump attempt:
- Verify that the smart clip connector is securely plugged into the jump starter.
- Check that the red (+) clamp is connected to the positive terminal and the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the car battery.
- Ensure the clamps have a good connection to the battery terminals.
- If the smart clip indicator shows a red light with buzzing, recheck all connections.
- The vehicle's battery might be severely damaged or the issue might be beyond a simple jump start. Consult a professional mechanic.
- Air compressor not inflating or stopping prematurely:
- Check that the air hose is securely connected to both the jump starter and the item being inflated.
- Ensure the correct nozzle adapter is used and properly attached.
- Verify that the desired pressure is set correctly on the digital display.
- Check the jump starter's battery level; low battery can affect compressor performance.
- Device overheating during use:
- Discontinue use immediately and allow the device to cool down in a well-ventilated area. Ensure no vents are blocked during operation.
